韋斯特蓋特宮殿酒店度假村/環球影城/國際大道(Westgate Palace Resort)

Instalaciones muy limpias y nuevas. La habitación estaba totalmente renovada. El check in es a partir de las 4:00pm y para ese momento solo había una persona en el front desk por lo que se hizo larga la espera ya que habíamos varias familias llegando al mismo tiempo. Deberían tener mas personal a esa hora para agilizar la registration. Por otra parte Las camas twins de la habitación estaban faltas de lubricación y cada vez que te movías chasqueaban los metales por lo que no podías dormir bien!, La habitación con cama king estaba muy cómoda. El resto las instalaciones y la atención del personal estuvieron excelente!!

Had the best time! Everyone was wonderful. I can’t remember the lady who I talked to a lot in the coffee shop but she was soooooo sweet!!!!! I hope she gets a raise for all the hard work she puts in!

The property is very clean and through ******* we received good deals. Confort bed, clean sheets, clean bathroom which is very important,

The property is well kept and convenient for the theme parks. Close to lots of places to eat and shop also. Staff were very friendly and accommodating for our requests. The room and furnishings are a little dated but was clean and tidy. By dated I mean the sofa was worn and bathroom sealant a little old. But all was functional and worked great for our family vacation. Secured entrance with a guard helped with the sense of security.

Worst hotel to stay at in Orlando, doesn’t care for cleanliness. Had to find another hotel at 3am

This hotel was completely closed down for construction and unfortunately did not say that in the reviews. The room we had was a great view but without any amenities we found it inconvenient to stay here. No dining or drinks other than a vending machine.
