萬豪帝國棕櫚別墅酒店(Marriott's Imperial Palms Villas)

Nunca mas. Primero tenes que saber qje no hay servicio de limpieza. Solo lo hacen cada 3 o 4 dias o lo tenes que pagar aparte. Los cuartos estan al lado de una cancha de golf, comienzan ma limpieza de la cancha de golf a las 7 am. El ruido es infernal. Llame para hacer ma queja, y dicen que el campo no le pertenece a ellos. Que no pueden hacer nada. Si quieres pasar tus vacaciones levantandote a las 7 am y haciendo las camas este es tu lugar. Si quieres pasarla bien y relajarte en tus vacaciones, anda a otro lugar.

Beautiful Resort. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. The only issue we had was with the "No Pet" policy! In the beginning of the week we saw someone walking 3 dogs into the building we were staying in. I spoke to the front desk and they said they would tell the manager. When we were leaving at the the end of the week again I saw the same people walking there dogs and making no effort to conceal it. There's no point in having policies if they're not enforced!

We had arranged a family reunion With 24 people at the hotel I booked a three bedroom villa for 9 days and later made a reservation for a two bedroom villa so I could accommodate some of my family that came only for a weekend. The rest of our family members made their own reservations. When we checked out the Marriott decided to credit the shorter stay for points even though it was booked after the nine days stay which I paid in advance. What I didn’t understand is that the management had no issue ignoring the dates and rewarding my loyalty by at least crediting the nine days which were where I personally stayed. I have been a member for a while and I was so disappointed that they didn’t even take their time to credit the longer and earlier booking. I am sure they may not find my contribution to their bottom line worthwhile but I will certainly evaluate my loyalty to a brand that does not care if they shortchange me as a customer.

Arrival was smooth. Check in process was quick and the front desk staff very helpful. We stayed in a 3-bedroom refurbished villa. Looks really nice just like the pictures. Bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel amenities were fantastic with a nice pool and fitness centre. Also we had shuttle access to the bigger pool at Marriott Word Center hotel. Both pools were not crowded and it was a relief to have most of it to ourself. We did have an issue with the hot water in the bathroom but maintenance respoonded very quickly to resolve it. Overall I would highly recommend this Marriott resort for anyone who is looking for a nice relaxed vacation in a non crowded resort.

Husband and I are on a business trip. We booked this conference last min. All convention rooms were sold out. We wanted to find the closest accommodations without sacrificing comfort. Not only are we actually closer to the Marriott Orlando World Convention center than those at the hotel, but we are more impressed with these rooms! The convenience is beyond. Full kitchen (totally stocked). Gorgeous balcony with lake views. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths for less than the cramped hotel room we would have had! Beautiful grounds. Must have been remodeled recently because everything is perfect . Washer/dryer - new! Kitchen appliances and stocked utensils cookware - new. Check in was simple and the young woman checking us in was so pleasant. Overstocked with towels and linens and pillows. I literally have zero complaints. It has turned us into not only raving fans of this property but makes us want to check out more Marriott Vacay Properties. You have to be ok with no room service, irregular housekeeping (they said every other day - ok), very little toiletries and self parking . But the benefits that come with having so much space (I feel so guilty that one room isn’t being used at all!!) and the convenience of being able to make my own breakfast and snacks and cocktails has been awesome! We will definitely be back!

Loved the large resort feel with amenities spread out. Larger and smaller pools on the property, water parks, shuttles to get you around. The property was clean and well maintained. The villa was spacious, clean and modern; even better in person. Close to parks and local amenities.

Overall arrive was great. Free shuttle service was awesome and quick. Outdoor stuff was great- pool areas, grilling, fire pits and sports courts were all used and appreciated. Clean and safe. Our three bedroom unit was okay. The general area looks like it was updated somewhat recently but the two bathrooms were quite dingy and definitely haven’t been remodeled in many years, perhaps more. There are outdated fixtures and grime and evidence of black mold in the shower area. Hopefully they invest in the bathrooms- it was the only disappointing part really. Would go to this resort again but would ask for high floor since we had noise that kept us up. And we would ask for the most update rooms if there are any.

We stayed at Marriott Imperial Palms for the third time and once again we had a great stay. Even during March break, the pools were not overly busy. We loved the sports court and played pickle ball daily. We also enjoyed taking the shuttle to the World Center pool. Marriott keeps the bbq facilities and the pool facilities in great condition! front desk staff were excellent - helpful and very friendly. keep up the great work!

Let me first say that we have stayed in quite a few Marriott timeshare properties over the years. We are staying for a week here at the Marriott Imperial Palms in a three bedroom unit which is spacious. However, I do feel that it could be cleaner. The baseboards are dusty and dirty, the carpets are fraying at the ends and walking around in white socks is not a good idea because they get very dirty. The resort is small and very quiet with no restaurants on site. Yes, there are restaurants a free shuttle away at the World Center Hotel but they are very expensive. In comparison, we just stayed two weeks at the Sheraton Vistana Resort which is one mile away and was wonderful, active, with restaurants and lots of activities. We would have stayed there this week but they do not have three bedroom units. The unit we stayed in was immaculately clean. I would not stay here again.
