Sonder at Vista Cay

Parkplatz neuerdings gebührenpflichtig. Allerdings kann man den Coe von anderen Unterkünften nutzen.

Perdieron nuestra reserva! Los de Sonder y Hotels decían que era culpa de uno y otro, después de muchas horas al teléfono logramos arreglar el problema. Las claves de acceso no funcionan!! Ojo al alquilar un apartamento en Sonder. Hotels está fallando mucho en su seguimiento a las reservas, no resuelven y te dejan sin finde hospedarte. Luego el apartamento muy cómodo, espacioso y Justo lo que reservamos .

Unfortunately the communication was terrible and I never got the email with the information to get in the property. I had to call them at last minute and the customer service was awful as well. The mattress beds are not the best but the apartment is very nice , shower from the master is very small & the pillows are not the best to sleep.

The unit had mauled from in the walls of the ceilings and a burnt hair blower that smelled like burnt plastic. Both units had backed up, sinks in every bathroom.

Great property, great value for the money when planning a family of a group stay. Will book again for sure.

The location is the best part of the stay. Convenient to any of the parks, especially Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. The furniture was low grade, dorm style but the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and the accomodations were clean and tidy.

The property was located directly across the street from the convention I was attending.

Book this place!! Soooo convenient!! and a really nice unit! I felt right at home!

This place was really nice. Tge location was fantastic and the grounds keeping was incredibly nice. The pools were great… especially the clubhouse pool with the arcade etc…On Saturday they had a DJ who was a lot of fun…. Had water balloon tosses and hula hoop contests for the kids. My only suggestion would be to rethink the sofas in the living rooms. They aren’t in the least bit comfortable. Other than that it was a great stay!
