We arrived at Hard Rock to wait in a lengthy queue for check in. After 25 minutes we approached the counter to be instantly asked for identification, now we had our passports etc at another hotel in Disney, but we had taken pictures of them instead of transporting them around. This was not acceptable to the employees at Hard Rock, so instead of acknowledging we had maid a mistake or given us some support in what to do, we had been abruptly moved on with a ‘next’. Asked to speak to a manager and was me t by a supervisor, who was sympathetic to listening to us but repeated that this was policy. I explained that it would take an hours round trip to go get identification and was there anything that can be done, the answer was no. However, he did disappear and come back and say that we can use their taxi company for this. So credit where credit is due. After 2 hours of messing around -and multiple attempts at spelling names of the guests in my party we had some park tickets and fast passes, but lost half of the day in the park. Unfortunately, this isn’t the worst part. Once we came back to the hotel from the park, we were presented with a musty/smoky smelling, filthy room. The pullout bed was uncomfortable and not fit for purpose for my son. Tried to speak to staff again at reception who just completely dismissed the situation. It was that bad that I wasn’t allowing my son to sleep on the bed and opted against staying there and getting another taxi back to the Disney resort. I had also emailed in to say that it was a members special birthday and could they be accommodating in some way, we had stayed at hard rocks in Madrid who put a sign on the mirror and some drinks vouchers, just something small goes a long way, but they didn’t even acknowledge it. Sadly, for a premium hotel this is not a premium hotel, experience encounter with staff or premium service. It ruined that part of holiday. Thanks Hard Rock.

We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.
This place is an absolute cost-effective GEM. It's clean and comfortable. A bit outdated but they make an effort and it is noted. The location is great and can't be the price and having breakfast in the morning is a great addition. I would recommend it as a simple affordable option for accommodations to friends and family as I am a local. I try hotels for fun because I love hotels so much. it was easy clean and comfortable
訪訪客We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!
