奧爾良酒店(Hotel d'Orleans)

L'hôtel d'Orléans est un très bel hôtel, très propre et très bien entretenu. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très complet, dans une salle petite mais agréable. La chambre était un peu petite mais très bien équipée, propre et très bien entretenue. L'hôtel est très calme en journée, comme la nuit. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon, comparé aux prix plus élevés des autres hôtels de la ville.

룸이 작다는 평가가 있어 걱정 많았는데, 머무는데 전혀 지장없을 정도의 일반적인 룸크기로 안심. 깔끔하고, 브랜드 호텔수준의 청결함, 직원 너무 진철, 특히 중심가에 있는지라, 2분만 가면 대성당이 보이고, 성당까지 도보 8분정도. 여름에 열리는 대성당 레이저쇼를 1시간 즐기고 오는데, 위치상의 장점을 다시한번 공감함

At check in things went pear shaped as we were told one of the rooms had been cancelled- This was not the case as per my booking on the ******* App 2 rooms booked and paid in November 2022 - Our travel companion was told her room was cancelled and the hotel was fully booked so she had to get a booking at another hotel - Then the hotel debited my credit card for the 2 nights after telling them the room was pre paid to ******* in November. So now I am waiting on a reply to one receive a credit back as I have for 2 nights twice and we need a credit back for our travel companion as she did not get to stay the 2 nights in the Hotel that was pre paid and has had to pay for 2 nights at a different hotel. I am looking forward to this being resolved ASAP as a long standing Gold Member with countless bookings over many years. The Hotel offered no apologies for the mix up and tried to blame me for the room cancelation till I showed them the confirmation on the booking App

Toujours au top, j'y vais régulièrement, l'accueil est très bien, la chambre est confortable, calme; le petit-déjeuner est bon et généreux. Sincèrement, n'hésitez pas.

Déçu par la petitesse de la chambre, l'odeur nauséeuse provoquée par les canalisations ou plus probablement une infiltration d'eau dans la salle de bain. Réfrigérateur mini bar provoque un bruit incessant jour et nuit pour une capacité de 2 bouteilles de 33cl. Enfin, l'hôtesse m'informe de la gratuité du parking à notre arrivée, ce dernier ayant sa porte cassée et est donc ouvert sur la rue, jamais réparée. Me sera facturé 20 euros x3 au moment du départ.

Hotel très bien situé dans une petite rue calme à 100m du centre et des tramways. Le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres très agréables et silencieuses (même celles sur rue). Le petit déjeuner servi en buffet est très bien.

Hôtel très bien situé au coeur d’Orléans. Personnel courtois. Chambres confortables avec salles de bain rénovées.
