阿里亞布魯旅館和套房(Arya Blu Inn and Suites)

Endlich ein Hotel das Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit legt. Hier wird momentan der Ganze alte Rotz vom Vorbesitzer (Days Inn, typisch runtergewirtschaftet nach etlichen Namensänderungen.... ) beseitigt und gegen Neues Material ausgetauscht (Bäder, Böden Klimaanlage etc) . Das Frühstück war wirklich nicht viel, aber das Personal nett, die Lage super und der Pool ausreichend. Wir würden hier wieder schlafen, definitiv. Diese Spielereien mit den Namensänderungen muss endlich aufhören, genauso wie die eklig arrogante Abzocke die Ketten wie Wyndham abziehen (z.b. Super 8 runterwirtschaften, in Motel 6 umnennen, runterwirtschaften, in Day Inn umnennen usw, bis nur noch ein Haufen Schrott vorhanden ist)

The name has changed, but I was pleased with my previous stay. I have been there a couple times before the pandemic. Definitely will go again.

Propiedad en deterioro , piscina helada , no WiFi en las habitaciones , luego de hacer la reserva te cargan un depósito adicional en el hotel lo cual no se especifica en expidia, ademas intentaron cobran adicional por la mascota lo cual tampoco se especifica en *******,

Going into the room of this property was a SHOCK. It was absolutely a disaster, and the more we looked the worse it got. Starting with the entryway door, there was old glue and grime. The table and chairs looked like they were from an old diner they got a deal on. The ac unit worked well, however it was being held up by a plank of wood? The wall had holes and chips in the paint. The dehumidifier kept beeping in the middle of the night. The toilet seat was broken off the toilet. The pillowcases had bedbug droppings. I am not sure if there was a worse place to stay! Outside the ac units deposited their water from the bottom through cut water bottles and soap containers. The only good thing about this place was the pool area was nice, the staff was friendly and the ocean access. I will definitely not be coming back.

We had a corner room, that had an ocean view, which was good, but people hung out outside or room do, so the could enjoy the view. Which made it noisy. Rooms need updating, bathrooms have been updated, but that was all. Our curtains did not close all the way. There was a button attached to the curtain, so that you could snap it closed, but that wad broke too. Very hard to be pet friendly, when there is no grass around. We had to take our dogs to the open lot next door, however it is nothing but sand and small thorny spurs that got stuck in between our dogs foot pad and was very painful for him.

Great services by staff but less than expected conditions when arriving at property. Had to ask for many items such as kitchen items such as plates and utensils but were taken care of. Full kitchen not equipped - no cooking or eating utensils. Pool was adequate but there was no whirlpool even though signs are still posted. Ask for management to look forward toward further satisfying their customers!!!

Renoviertes Hotel. Das Hotel ist klein, aber freundlich. Das Hotel liegt am Meer.Der Ausblick ist beeindruckend.Das Zimmer ist groß und renoviert, das Badezimmer ist groß und renoviert.Das Zimmer verfügt außerdem über einen Küchenbereich.Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank.Schöne, saubere Umgebung, Pool.Ich gehe zurück.

I paid for 2 nights and my mom paid for 2 nights but they refused to honor my second night claiming that I only had one ******* reservation. I was ripped off big time and don’t know how to get money back

Loved this place. We actually already booked it again for next weekend. No complaints, friendly, clean, great beach access, beautiful pool. No sketchy people.
