front desk not friendly. no breakfast (web-site states free breakfast). bathroom shower fixtures all loose and hanging. mold & mildew around loose shower walls. toilet loose and shaking. noisy - doors slamming during the night. bathroom amenities - no tissues, 1 little bar of soap, 1/2 roll of toilet paper. very disappointing stay - close to family.

3/2/24 First, on line says Check in at 2:00. Sign at desk says 3:00. After a slow check in process. Got room 115. Upon entering the room, the heater/AC unit was squeaking like crazy, speed changes to it made no difference. I can not sleep with that noise. Asked for new room. Got 206. Smoke detector was torn out (was either in this room or the first room, can't remember which, I immediately reported it to front desk). Hair dryer had many old long hairs sticking out of its intake vent. Toilet was wobbly, sink faucet was loose. Pillows were so flat they were useless. Had asked for 2 more pillows at check in, never got them. Couldn't use shower, when we tried to lift the pull device it would not pull up, was like it was rusted in place. TV remote button info was worn off. I hesitated to stay here because of various Bed Bug reports and numerous bad reviews, but had no choice at the point I booked. Never again. Will make the drive home rather than staying here. The positives: It was quiet, and we got lucky with no bug bites in our room (I brought large plastic bags to keep our luggage in). When I told the guy at checkout about all the room problems, no discount was offered. I didn't argue it, didn't bother with their crummy breakfast, I just wanted to go home and shower. Maids should be checking this stuff and giving a report to management, if they did, management obviously doesn't care, probably have a built in survivable income with the big salmon fishing season in the area.

Room was very clean. Only complaint was that there was only two very small pillows on the bed. Wish there were more pillows for use.

The lighting in the room was Horrible!!! We had the room next to the stairs so you could hear people going up and down

Housekeeping never came to our room… No one was ever at the desk…. We left early ( on Sunday) as there wasn’t even a clean towel to be had…. I asked about shortening our stay, because we came up to go fishing but the weather was going to be horrible horrible for later part of stay…. I was told to contact *******… which I did…. ******* told me because we paid at the hotel we’d have to talk to hotel…. For two days tried finding anyone who worked at hotel to no avail. Would never recommend staying here again….

The air-conditioner didnt work right and i paid extra i thought they had a continental breakfast not

The room was big. That's the good; on the down side: Not as clean as expected, tv small in conparision to the size of the room, not any body wash or conditioner in the bathroom, not even any powder creamer for the coffee. And a big one was there was no Bible anywhere to be found!!!!! Found that just not right and odd. Wouldn't stay there again.

I've stayed here at least several times and consider it a decent place. The service has been very good. Wish they had complimentary breakfast.

Average hotel accommodations. No frills or extras, Bring your own pillows!
