Eine tolle Lodge mit einem sehr freundlichen Team und einer herzlichen Eigentümerfamilie. Das Essen war hervorragend und mit sehr viel Liebe zur Qualität zubereitet. Die Zimmer mit einem direkten Blick aif das Wasserloch sind sauber und praktisch. Beim SunDowner GameDrive mit dem Besitzer sahen wir sogar einen Geparden. Somit alles bestens und wir kommen gerne wieder.

We spent 4 nights at Gabus in April 2024. A family with two children under 10. It is an oasis, located just 1.5 hours away from the Von Lindequist Gate of Etosha. We can tell you that the beds were comfortable, the food amazing, the wildlife experience exhilarating and the opportunity to horse ride amongst game a true one off for a family like ours. But what made it matter was being welcomed and made to feel at home here by the Kuehl family and their team. Genuine warmth and hospitality does not come on a training course. We will come back. Just back from Gabus and I could have stayed forever! this 7000ha private game reserve / farm is just incredible as are the family that own and run it, who are so kind and will bend over backwards to help you. Great activities on offer. All the other guests were great, quiet, considerate, friendly...The food was really yummy and plentiful. The rooms were lovely, sweet touches, flowers, turn down service, lovely hand and bath products, cosy and comfy duvets and pillows, and with some of the quietest air conditioning I've ever experienced! There's so much more I could say but why don't you go and experience it for yourself!

we stayed in Gabus Lodge for 2 nights and were very lucky to spend our Christmas Eve there. The place is magical, it's a big farm with many animals you can watch. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were amazing too, we sat outside while looking at the animals in the morning. The most beautiful thing about the place is that an amazing family runs it. They are so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed staying there with our body and mind. Thank you so much.

We have been to Gabus Game Ranch four times already and will be back again soon. Our favorite guest farm in Namibia. Amazing scenery, lovely people, delicious food, lots of wildlife and horseback riding including delicious bush breakfast. Love the game drives and photo spots to view the animals. Watching the wild animals at the waterhole during dinner is always very special. Can wholeheartedly recommend Gabus.

The staff were all incredible, from front desk to dinner, all amazing. Loved this little retreat in the country, you can watch animals at the water hole from the private terrace off your room. Lovely pool area to relax in and they have a campfire in the evening with a view of the water hole. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was on the pricier side for a lodge at N$400 pp but the quality was outstanding so I was ok with it.

After two weeks of heat and dust, my wife and I were ready to chill for a few days before going home. Gabus Lodge proved to be the perfect place to do this in every way! Amazing food at a reasonable price, good wine, lovely service and staff and an all round amazing environment to watch wildlife and soak up the sun. We would recommend stopping by wholeheartedly.

The place is great value for money. Wonderful people with great service. Buildings show the old farm, so bit out dated but giving the place a feel that you miss wit many fancy places. Rooms are great and clean. Having great view over a waterhole. so there are a lot of wild animals passing by.
