I could hear the tv from the next room ,

I don't appreciate having to play an additional $200 deposit after checking in and after being told I would receive back on r I check out I'm told I won't receive it back for 5 days. This is the a currupt and unacceptable. I will never book using ******* or with Travelodge again

Didn't like my experience at all. The staff was nice, I can't complain about that. The elevator did not work so I had to transport my heavy equipment up the stairs. The hotel uses very strong perfume probably to cover up smells and I needed to use my asthma pump 5 times during the night. The room was not very clean, very old furnishing. The bed was as hard as rock. The pillows are very tiny, it's a good thing that there was 4. I had a pet but could not open the window to get rid of the heavy smell of cover up perfume because there was no window screen. We could hear absolutely everything that was going on in the hallway, no insulation. Wasn't able to control the heat in the room, in the evening it was freezing cold, in the morning is was scorching hot. I would of wanted to go to the pool but the door and windows to the pool are facing the lobby but they are not frosted so everyone in the lobby can see you, there were a few men just sitting in the lobby talking so my daughter and I didn't feel at ease going to the pool. I would not go back or recommend this hotel.

I felt very unsafe in the hotel room. Stale cigarette smoke throughout masked with air freshener, banged up furniture in the room, elevator creeks, exterior lightbulbs not changed. I felt dirty being in the room. Luckily, the bed was comfy, towels and linens were clean, convenient location, and the staff was friendly.

The drain in the tub was plugged The shower curtain rod was ready to fall down The fan in the washroom did not work The dresser drawers didn't close The fridge leaked and the freezer door was missing The microwave kept tripping the breaker There was a sticky substance on the bedside table.

Hôtel près de plusieurs magasins et restaurants. Nous avons bien été reçu à la réception. Notre chambre était confortable mais la salle de bain aurait besoin d’amour (le siège de toilette était mal fixé et trop basse). Le plafond où est situé la piscine a besoin d’amour aussi.

The property was under construction. The rooms are clean but extremely small. The bathrooms are almost unusable because of their size. There is no hot tub or breakfast of any kind. They started to mow the lawn at 8am on Monday. Choose another Hotel.

The beds were rock hard and small even for a double. There were exposed wires and overall run down. Front desk staff was cheerful and helpful but we were unable to stay in the hotel and checked out early.
