奧特馬瓦智選假日套房酒店(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottumwa)

We stayed here overnight as part of a two day road trip. The staff was welcoming and friendly and offered us complimentary water right at the start. They let us know where to find everything we would need and about breakfast service. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well cared for. Our room was clean and stocked with all we could need. There really was no complaints.

This wouldn’t have been a bad experience except it was filthy. There were hairs on the pillow cases and the sheets plus the bathroom floor and tub. That is disgusting. Other than that I wouldn’t have minded the carpet being dirty. My sons feet soles were dirty from walking barefoot. The Employees were nice and the main floor of hotel looked clean and up kept. But the actual room ruined it. Plus other minor things like the window shutter didn’t work and peeling paint by the door. Carpet starting to rip.

The breakfast was a huge buffet with a lot of options. I was inpressed with the room and dining.

Haley was excellent to answer my questions and help us. She helped me reserve a 2nd room for our family. We were moving from Arkansas, and did not get the beds set up.

Mary at the front desk was wonderful as soon as I walked in! My room was comfortable and spotless, and even though my favorite part of IHGs, the pancake conveyor belt, was out of service, breakfast was still great! Very friendly staff and nice clean, safe accomodations! Thank you!

We were most impressed with the registration clerks. They were extremely friendly and helpful.

Fast, polite check-in. Room was clean and comfy. Plenty of parking and well-lit.

wonderful pleasant place to stay. very clean and people were so friendly and helpful. Front desk people allowed us to play cards in the eating area during the afternoon. Helpful telling us about the places that deliver food.
