本來懷着忐忑不安的心訂的palace，但出乎意料的 環境和服務實在太讚了，置身於異世界一樣。如果酒店的洗澡的水能更大會更加好。

説是五星級賓館，但設施稍顯陳舊，房間WiFi時有時無，早餐是我整個行程裏面最簡陋的，不知是不是因為住客少的緣故。看着工作人員很多，但泳池和椅子上都還有鳥屎。2000多一晚的房費，太不值了

Nous sommes arrivés un 24 décembre. L’hôtel est fantastique, l’accueil est top! Nous avons été upgradé parce que nous fumons, du coup, ils nous ont proposé une chambre avec terrasse pour qu’on puisse fumer. Sinon le personnel est adorable et aux mille soins avec ses hôtes. Niveau cuisine, c’est bon mais il y a de l’amélioration à faire. J’ai eu une brochette de poulet sous-cuite alors que ce plat figurait dans les spécialités… Malgré tout nous retournerons volontiers au Berbère Palace car c’est un lieu perdu dans le temps et qui offre du repos. Et du confort dans un endroit magnifique du Maroc.

One of the best things about Morocco is that many of its people are so welcoming. During a recent two-week business trip there, several Moroccans invited me into their homes for tea, dinner, etc. That's why my experience at the Berbere Palace was so disappointing.... After having some car trouble, I was behind schedule, and couldn't get to my destination city, so my driver took me to the Berbere Palace. I arrived at about 9 p.m., and the hotel seemed basically deserted. I explained my situation and asked about the price of a room. I was told that the price of a room was 360 Euros for one night. I was so exhausted by the day, that I agreed to the outrageous room rate, which was far more than I paid for at the five-star Sofitel in Casablanca or the five-star Radisson Blu in Marrakech (both were closer to 200 Euros a night). Anyway, the hotel seemed to take advantage of my situation, in a very un-Moroccan way. They weren't even going to include breakfast for the 360 Euro a night until I complained... This is a big hotel that is designed for large tour groups. Huge buses come in and dump off 40 guests at a time. It's these big groups that the hotel is interested in. Trust me, the hotel owners are not interested in individual travelers or families. And I know what I'm talking about as I've been a tour industry professional for twenty years and have been to six continents. If you're traveling as a family, or in a small group, there are much better places for you to stay than this place. And honestly, the room was fine, and perhaps even good, but nothing special, nothing worth even close to 360 Euros for a night in November when the hotel was probably 25% occuppied.

Endroit magique tant par la gentillesse, l’efficacité, la bienveillance du personnel que par la beauté du lieu. Les chambres sont magnifiques, le cadre est somptueux, calme, luxe et volupté sont les maîtres mots. Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille absolument merveilleuse.

Service restauration avec un accueil très chaleureux , très professionnel, souriant. Bienveillant avec la clientèle. Nous y avons dîné deux soirs et apprécié des plats différents dont le couscous Royal un vrai régal. Merci pour ces moments de partage et de plaisir . Nous vous recommandons vivement ce restaurant .

Beautiful! We enjoyed staying at the Berber palace very much. It allowed a place to take a deep break and just relax. Very nice rooms, public areas such as the pool area, enjoyable meals. Lovely place. This place is highly rated for a reason. This place is huge too!

柏柏爾宮酒店仍然是摩洛哥酒店和餐廳的佼佼者，是放鬆身心的理想酒店，環境優美，房間漂亮，花園美麗，食物美味，早餐種類繁多，工作人員非常友善和細心，善於傾聽顧客的心聲。一個能滿足您各個層面需求的地方。所有員工都做得很好。

塑膠奢侈品每晚 500 歐元。一切都是假的、庸俗的。房間很髒，晚上我發現自己把一隻動物壓在腋下，它蜇了我。不要花不必要的錢。這個地方沒有任何熱情或個性化的地方。你會發現自己身處一家看起來像旅遊村的酒店。瓦爾紮紮特有更好的而且價格適中。

我的房間裡滿是蒼蠅，他們什麼也沒做，退房時我告訴他們，他們只在我整晚沒睡的時候給我們提供免費早餐，他們應該打折一晚甚至半晚 很遺憾，這都是飯店經理的錯，因為飯店工作人員非常友善細心。
