Do not stay here! We left before check in. First no one at front desk for 20 min, though we heard yelling in the back (then we called). Then told that they couldn’t check anyone in during certain hours (after we had called to tell them when we’d be there). Then they didn’t have our reservation (magically found it when I showed her my email). Now we could check in (guess the no check in hours weren’t accurate) but only after paying a $200 deposit. For one night. When I said that there wasn’t a deposit amount listed anywhere she said it was because we booked on a third party site. When I showed her that it wasn’t listed on their website either (the only place it was shown anywhere was a little handmade sign hanging in the lobby), she told me I’d have to pay if I wanted the room. I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on the phone with someone (definitely not a manager) who made weird noises into the phone, then was very rude, told me I was being difficult, then asked to speak to the attendant again (sounded a lot like the voice of whoever was yelling when we got there). She hung up. I asked to speak to someone else and she told me there was no one else I could talk to but that she could try to do a $100 deposit instead. The whole experience was so weird and sketchy that I didn’t even want to give her my card number at that point so we left, having already paid for the room.
