希爾頓歡朋酒店-海峽羣島海港(Hampton Inn Channel Islands Harbor)

Unexpected parking fee. Front desk was nice. Room is nice but very unsanitary. My pillow smell like dry saliva. Empty hand soap, empty lotion and conditioner bottle. No extra toilet paper, toilet doesn’t stop flushing. Pool is dirty (although we don’t use it) elevator is scary, because is shrugging.

The property itself is nice. Breakfast was fine, not great but good. But, the ******* description did not indicate there was NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING, only every 4 night. We had to make our own bed, wipe down the bathroom counter, … we did get fresh towels daily but when I asked for one additional towel ( 3 times!) I was told yes, they will send one up, but NEVER got it. I would not recommend.

Bed sheet appeared no change. A clean sheet usually has fold marks. There was no fold marks on the pillow cases & bed sheets. We had to asked for clean ones & change it ourselves. The breakfast was reduced & tasteless possibly due to less booking. Won't be back to this one again.

Tres bon service, bon dejeuner . Nous avions vue sur la marina, super . Le seul point négatif,ce sont les tapis dans les chambres qui sont sales et aussi dans le passage. Il ne devrait plus y avoir de tapis dans les chambres, ce n’est pas hygiénique .

The room was perfect! Great for our last minute booking on our road trip. The front desk lady was so helpful and the property is so pretty. We got the Marina View and we loved watching the boats. Breakfast the next morning was a little crazy. Seemed like everyone in the hotel showed up at 9:30am and the one girl working the room was complaining overwhelmed. Everything was empty and she struggled to keep up with the rush by herself. Around 9:45am, another worker came to help, but she seemed flustered by that point. Other than breakfast, the stay was amazing!

The location was good, I got a room with a beautiful view the room was great. The only thing I wasn’t too ok with was at the time of my stay a self parking charge of $12. I don’t feel there should be a charge but at least it wasn’t an outrageous cost.

This hotel was perfect for our visit. Located in the Channel Islands Harbor / Marina was convenient for our boat trip out to the National Park.

Everything was wonderful. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning. It did not cool properly, but all was manageable.

There are bugs in the room and the systems where down so we couldn't buy snacks at th shop in anyway
