希爾頓歡朋酒店-奧佐納(Hampton Inn by Hilton Ozona)

Si on fait abstraction de l’odieuse personne à la réception qui s’est montrée impolie, irrespectueuse et incompétente ( jamais vu ça !!!) et qui nous a attribué ( volontairement ou non) une chambre qui sentait très fort le vomi, on peut dire que l’hôtel était très bien…..

とても綺麗で良いホテルでした。 オゾナは以前にホリデイインに宿泊しましたが、ハンプトンインの方が断然良いです。清潔で明るく、朝食も美味しかったです？

Easy parking for my car and U-Haul.... Vanessa let me switch rooms so I could keep an eye on my car and trailer...she was so kind and caring.....Appreciated the hot breakfast and friendly breakfast attendant...super sweet and helpful kept it stocked and hot-fresh....my only concern was she used the same orange towel to clean around the food tables and the lounge area tables and seats.... Easy location and wonderful shower in RM 316...extra FIRM bed though, I do travel with a foam pad that I had to use..bed way too firm for me...Great pillows...very colorful decor and very clean room.

The room was a nice size, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice. The room was clean. Do wish there had been a better television selection. No national television stations.

Very rude service. Showed up with an ******* reservation that was completely paid for. I was told that I had to pay for an additional $50 incidental fee. The front desk person was nice but the manager was rude and not accommodating at all. We arrived in the evening, tired after a 5 hour drive, and just wanting to sleep. When I spoke to the manager, she told me it wasn’t there fault that ******* was not doing rates correctly and we could either pay the fee or cancel it and leave.

This Hampton Inn lived up to the standard we expect from a Hilton property. It was clean, had good amenities, and the staff was friendly and helpful in all things.

They had decided to close the pool for the season because it was getting cool in the mornings and evening, even though it was over degrees out at noon. No indication on their web site nor the ******* website the pool was closed. It was still reporting a pool was an available feature.

The front desk clerk was terrible. Did not greet us and appeared upset we interrupted her meal that she kept eating in front of us.

Rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable. And the free breakfast has lots of choices
