The Summer House, Pachmarhi - am Hotel Kollection

It was a wonderful staying experience.. Thanks to V***n Ji and his Team for making our kids 10th results into joyful moment with celebration and delicious cake..amazing hospitality.. yummiest food and service.. Movie time under the open sky was very entertaining too.. nice and peaceful ambience. Room and bathroom were very well clean and maintained. the staff was so polite and very helpful. Immediate medical help was provided.. would love to visit soon with family now..

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable and special thanks to (Mr gaur) the ***ager of hotel and The environment and the a**osphere helped us to relax. We had a very good stay.

We had an amazing experience in Pachmarhi thanks to the entire team of The Summer House. The staff was very polite and provided great service. The food was amazing too! The rooms are also nice and comfortable. I will definitely recommend staying here.

Pros : Location (centre of pachmarhi) Food (variety and taste) Service (timely) Swimming pool (big and clean) Cons : no fridge in the room Bell wasn’t working PS : I booked on agoda (1 room for 3 people and breakfast included) but hotel said you have a room for 2 people and breakfast not included.

Had a pleasant stay. Rooms were very spacious and hygienic. Food I must say was superb with a lot of options in the buffet. Comming to the staff, was very polite and would attend the us within a minute of call.

Our stay at Summer house was pleasant. Highly recommend to visit Summer house and relish good food with scenic view. Activity area for kids are good and keeps them self busy. Thanks to Mr V***n Singh Gaur for taking care and made our stay comfortable.

We planned a short trip to Pachmarhi and we decided to stay at TSH which was our best decision as the rooms we booked were excellent the food was marvellous and delicious. The ***ager Mr Gaur helped us in ***y ways which made our trip much easier. The Staff was very friendly and polite .Best place to stay whenever you plan a trip to Pachmarhi. Well done . keep it up 👏

Very good service everyone was highly cooperative and friendly. Rooms were clean and with good architecture. Views from the hotel rooftop was stunning and the food was class apart good and tasty. Overall experience was very good and relaxing stay.
