We were placed in Room 120, which was in the middle of an ongoing remodeling project. Workers started at 8:30 am outside our room cutting toxic materials. Their sawhorses were set up in the parking spaces immediately outside Room 120. On the 3rd request we were moved to another room, just outside the work area. This is the third time we have stayed at the Sea Breeze. Other stays were very enjoyable. Sorry. We like the location of this property, but management should have closed down Room 120 during the remodeling project.

the property was nice,The check in staff was not very hospitable and as a Hospitality Director for 10 years, I take hospitality very seriously, they did not take our concerns to heart. We only stayed there one night and that was my husband I stayed with a friend. there were no chairs in the room which was rather inconvenient even though this was a basic room, .

Desk staff rude and did not address concerns about lack of parking and construction noise. The units were being remodeled and dust and noise made it difficult to stay there during the day. I won’t be returning.

Theo (I’m hoping I remembered his name correctly) was welcoming and gave us some great recommendations for food and coffee in the area. Easy walk to the ocean, lovely walk into downtown Pacific Grove, as well. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Favorite place to stay so far in PG/MRY area. Rooms have been renovated since last stay. Great rooms w kitchens available for business trips so don’t have to eat out every meal. Friendly and helpful staff. Good prices.

The front desk staff was great.
The cleaning staff were not attentive (I tipped a cleaning staff person for replacing used towels). A cleaning staff provider left a cart in the middle of the driving path and made no attempt to move it even after tipping and parking our car behind the cart.
The cleaning staff seemed more interested in communicating with the remodeling workers.
As soon as the site is done with remodeling, I am sure it will be better.
I would stay again after the remodeling.

Large room, kitchen Facility with granite countertops.
The heater was noisy we asked for it to be disconnected.
The Curtains needs to be replaced for more privacy and light blackout.
The bathtub need to have nonskid for Safety.
