Reason : Unhappy with quality of stay Comments : Booked in Thursday for break for anniversary with my husband and very disappointed. We have had to pay £45 for parking for the 3 nights. We have saved money to come but unable to use cash in hotel. 1 tea bag each!! No bin in room for rubbish e.g teabags. Only bin in bathroom that has no bag in. 1 pillow each. We usually stay at the Hilton and thought we would try Ibis instead. Highly regretting it and already wanting to leave!! I have a disability badge and parking even though we have paid is not guaranteed. Saturday we were unable to park and disability space being used with no badge. I am unable to walk miles to find somewhere to park. Reported it but nothing done except apologise . Nothing on website about paying for parking. £45 really!! Takes the fun out of saving hard and coming away. Room view stunning but room very stuffy.

Overall a nice hotel. Although this was a new hotel the TV didn’t work and the WIFI. Very poor when not in communal area. Watch out at the bar tried as they tried to charge us doubles when only given single measures.

Had a very relaxing stay. Myself and partner have stayed here twice since opening. Rooms are clean and very fresh, staff are welcoming. A special thanks to Mel for my very relaxing Pedicure, loved it. Breakfast has a good selection however hot food items quite limited but all tasty and fresh. Lovely hotel and we will be making this a staple for us. Lovely sea views with both our stays and down in the restaurant. Will definitely be booking more spa treatments on our stays!

Nice new and very clean hotel with good terrace out the front to sit and eat or drink with a good sea view. Inside the breakfast area and bar enjoy the same view from behind the glass . We enjoyed the breakfast with the pancake maker to make nice hot pancakes with the press of a button and pastries,fruit,cereal with buffet hot selections although limited in choice were constantly topped up. The breakfast area was always clean,with tables being cleared and cleaned as guests left which meant there was always space and looked appealing. Bedroom we pre booked had a great sea view on 2nd floor and the bed was enormous and so comfortable not to be rolling into the middle all the time,extra pillow available in the room but not required. Staff we encountered were always friendly and helpful with special note to the gentleman overseeing the breakfast and who was tireless in making sure the area was clean. This is a nice modern style hotel occupying a great spot and ideal for enjoying the area or just chilling and people watching from the terrace deck .

Very comfortable and staff very helpful and the hotel is in the perfect spot if you have a dog, as I have.

My partner and I were really impressed by this hotel. We were given a warm welcome by the friendly staff, our room was easy to access and really clean and comfortable and stylish, with a sea view. There was plenty of storage and clothes-hanging space and the shower was excellent. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen - amazing choice and all good quality fare. It was great to be able to bring our dog along and she was even allowed to join us for breakfast as long as we sat at the tables furthest from the buffet, which was perfectly understandable. We look forward to staying here again and will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Treated myself to a wonderful back massage and pedicure with Spa manager Mel. The spa area itself was luxurious and Mel was so friendly and welcoming. Both treatments were first class. It's nice to discover a therapist who not only knows what they are doing but has such a warm and caring presence. I am returning for a reflexology session next!

Lovely hotel nice view drinks not to expensive great staff helpful and polite nothing to much hassle spar was amazing mel the spar manager really knows her craft a wonderful relaxing massage would definitely recommend worth every penny perfect

The Hotel was nice stylish and very welcoming on arrival very polite and helpful.the hotel decor was gorgeous relaxing and easy to use lifts to your room.the room was gorgeous with seaview and it was the best sleep we had.the lady gave us extra towel not knowing the towels were behind the door which we didn’t see,the view was gorgeous day and night.well worth getting the seaview. Well recommended.will defo visit again.
