Julia and Iaine were really friendly, helpful,welcoming,and couldnt do enough for you. The room was very well decorated and comfortable. Lots of little exras, drinking water fresh milk in mini fridge. Toiletries including a showercap. Really good locally scourced breakfast. Will certainly return if in the area

Absolutely fantastic. Home from home. Nothing is too much at Blue waters lodge. They think of every little small thing that people might need as well. Clean, friendly and comfortable. A place where you can really truly be yourself and relax. Breakfast is fantastic. Julia and Iain you should be soo proud of what you do. We will be back. For more fun and laughter.

Julia and Iain made us feel welcome from the second we stepped through the door. I have stayed at Blue Waters by myself as well as with my husband . This time was just myself and my 6 year old grand daughter . I feel comfortable enough to stay there with her as it feels like home . Nothing was to much trouble and they even had little person size cutlery at breakfast . We stayed in the smaller twin room , which was more than big enough . 2 single beds, wardrobe , chest of drawers , fridge with fresh milk and water . Kettle , biscuits ,various teas and coffee . Very comfortable and clean . It’s close enough to the sea front with out being on the main road with Paignton pier and beach 5 min walk away and bus and train station within walking distance . Julia and Iain are genuinely lovely people and I can’t recommend Blue Water enough. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else now . This place is much more than a B and B . To me , it’s home from home . My WiFi connected automatically from the last time I stayed which made me chuckle. Don’t waste your time looking at other places , once you’ve stayed here you won’t want to stay anywhere else
