阿賴雅帕蘭普爾(Araiya Palampur)

Araiya is the perfect hotel if you want to get away from it all and have some peace and quiet or if you want to explore the area and return to a comfortable, even luxurious hotel at the end of your day. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is also a positive - it is far away up in the hills and reached by driving endless perilous winding mountain roads. But it also means you find yourself in paradise when you get there. The service is exceptional and special mention must be made of Ravi and the chef of the Araiya restaurant. They all spoke good English and were there for any request we had. There are abundant delicious dishes on the menu; a pool; bar; and an excellent spa. In fact we had the best massages we have ever had. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are huge, and everything seems new and is well-maintained. Enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and tranquility while you unwind.

The best hospitality that I have even seen in the town itself! The staff is too humble and polite! The one name that I would like to mention is Mr Puneet Kumar! He is one *** army! Just like a Ginny, he appears from anywhere with the best service possible! Puneet is always there, be it anything! Also, the bar guy vipul! He is too good ***! Humble, polite, talented! I had an amazing experience at araiya!

We just booked the resort for a weekend getaway and it's been the best getaway in a long time. The professionalism of the staff and the maintenance of the property is par excellence. I have seen small issues happening in big properties. But not here. The SoP is impeccable. The protocol for everything is very defined and kudos to the staff. Their friendliness is so warm. Special thanks to Shashi for the sweet gesture in the end.

One of the most amazing stay. The rooms were amazing and not to forget the pool Is also awesome. Food was very tasty and all efforts were made by all of the staff to make out stay awesome, and a special thanks to Mr Shashi Kapoor for the service. I highly recommend the place

Excellent property and amazing snow Mountain View. Away from usual touristy hustle we had a very relaxing experience. The staff is polite and the food is good. There are morning Yoga sessions also, instructor Sumesh is very experienced and effective.

Highly recommend Araiya.. Location is so beautiful, overlooking the mountains.. Service is so apt , they excel in hospitality.. Strange to see some low reviews for this property.. Because the experience I had , the staff was top- notch to deliver it.. Chefs - both Mr. Deepak & Mr. Prabhu gave us best food choices as our preferences for food were so specific being jain.. they were amazing.. Staffs to name a few Arun, Pankaj , Rajat and all others were so polite and humble.. they took care of us very nicely.. Hoping to visit the property soon in winters again..

Not only is this property extremely beautiful , the most priceless thing about this property is the gem of a chef,Deepak. From the khatta mutton (a specialty of Himachali cuisine) to the wadaiyan, everything that he literally touched turned to a gastronomical delight. His attention to detail is unparalleled. The warmth in his cooking and his attitude to the guests is simply outstanding. He renders to this property an air of excellence. Wherever chef deepak is, it becomes a hotel of prime value. Do not miss his signature meals if you’re looking for an inimitable culinary experience.

The properties is good to explore and connecting to nature. All the staff is humble and responsive. food quality is also good. front office staff was very good especially miss Nitika, Vishal ,Shivani, shahshi Kapoor everybody was very good and having excellent service excellent food and breakfast.
