B&B 八十四號匈牙利(B&B Ungheria Ottantaquattro)

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo splendido B&B a pochi minuti di camminata dal centro, dalla fermata del bus da/per aeroporto e da tutto. Accoglienza, pulizia e funzionalità sono i punti di forza. Non manca nulla per pernottare dopo una giornata di visita alla città. Bagno in camera molto spazioso e comodo. Nello spazio comune, tra le stanze, un tavolo self-service con frutta, dolcetti, spremiagrumi, caffè e te' attendono gli ospiti. Per la colazione la struttura offre un buono per caffè e cornetto nel Bistrot vicino. Rapporto qualità /prezzo molto molto buono. Consigliato a tutti!

Evitare questo posto. Ingresso fatiscente, ascensore ancora peggio, arroganza e zero ospitalità. Ce ne siamo andati. Prego signora Noemi di specificare che ora di arrivo è TASSATIVA (guai anticipare) e non si ammettono sgarri e di voler versare in beneficenza nostro pagamento con Booking.

Non so chi abbia detto che è un b&b pessimo noi lo abbiamo trovato molto bello arredato con gusto e non mancava nulla nell'angolo prima colazione oltre essere muniti di un buono per fare ulteriore colazione presso il bar ci ritorneremo ci ritorneremo senza dubbio lo consigliamo

We stayed here for one night, we could hear rats screeching and scratching all night. We contacted the host and she said she could do nothing about it, we decided to stay as it’s in a dodgy area and we couldn’t find new accommodation in the middle of the night. The screeching got worse, we sent her videos of the noise, but she told her there was no rat, ignoring our complaint. I asked her nicely if we could work this out between us as I didn’t want to take this further by complaining or leaving a bad review. She then rang me and had a terrible attitude shouting at me over the phone when I simply and nicely requested a refund, which is the least she could do! We had to leave at 6am as we couldn’t bare to spend another minute in the place! Ruined our holiday and we had a book an earlier flight home. None of us got a wink of sleep. Worst hotel experience ever for all of us! Disgusting and extremely unprofessional. I wish I could attach the videos of the noise so others can hear just so bad it was!
