The stay was brilliant...right from the pillows to linens, cleanliness...excellent service...the highlight was the food...the executive chef bhanwar made sure that all are kids are fed right and tasty food....if u r planning to go to jawai than this property has to be on the top of your bucket list..

fantastic resort ,good location with very nice hospitality, chef & his team is totally dedicated, food was awesome as ITC is famous for it,our naturalist Mr Sanjay,he is full of knowledge,highly recomended for your safari & bird watching,also our gypsy guide, Mr Narendra, total dedicated for leopard sighting, so we were very lucky ,we had a good team for our visit to this resort, hopefully we will visit again with our kids again.

We stayed at the property for 2 nights. Everything from the food to the hospitality was top notch. A special mention and thanks to Hitesh & Sunil at the restaurant . Sanjay in house naturalist and Mahesh ji our safari driver - made sure we spotted leopards in all our safaris. They were patient , always smiling and answering all our questions. The star gazing at night left us mesmerised. Going to visit again soon. Chef Bhanwarji and team - left us amazed by the wide selection of foods available. Who would have thought in the middle of nowhere, we would be enjoying warm bowl of khow suey or pad Thai after a safari ! Thank you team once again.

Right from my first interaction with Karan Bakshi the GM ,it was wonderful all the way with Yudi Singh taking good care in every way supported by the chefs ,the reception and the servers as well as housekeeping. The safari was superb with Yudi as the naturalist .excellent sightings every day. The off roading was exciting with the excellent driver . Room offered a great view of the lake and was well appointed. Everything made a great stay amazing.

We had an excellent stay at Cheetagarh resort. Everything from the food, safari to rooms was excellent. Our room had view of the Rotela lake and was very spacious - perfect for our family of 4. Our safari experience was amazing with Uttam’s driving and tracking skills and Sanjay’s knowledge. The entire F&B team (under chef Bhuwar) and reception team (Prashant) were amazing and took real good care of us, especially of the kids. Must try the paneer papadwala, sev tamatar and khuba roti at the restaurant. Shashi helped us with a great experience of star gazing at the resort. Overall excellent stay and we look forward to coming back to the resort soon.

Seldom it happens that you don't have to think even once to give 5 stars. This trip was one of those. Had amazing 2 nights stay with my parents at Cheetahgarh, Bera. The property is right amidst the jungle, we had a lake view room, the location is amazing for a getaway from the urban madness. The staff is superlative in hospitality which is unmatched. The trip to panther safari was also an unforgettable experience for my parents. Special mention and thanks to the Head Chef Shri Bhanwar ji, who ***aged all our requests for de***ding dietary restrictions of my dad. Staff went out of the way to ensure that we had an amazing experience. Definitely coming for a trip again with family and friends. The resort lives to the expectations and legacy of WelcomeHeritage group in hospitality.

Being here at cheetagarh was an exquisite experience for me and my family. The atmosphere and environment is very natural and acts as an escape from reality, especially the food here was exquisite and very enjoyable. The chef Mr. Bhanwar Singh really impressed us with all the delicacies presented by him. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Cheetahgarh has delicious food and warm hospitality. The staff is very accommodating with the personal needs and location of the property makes it very hassle free to go for leopard safari. I would recommend this place for its heated pool and its vast options in breakfast

We got a chance to visit cheetahgarh resort and spa few days back. It was an amazing experience - leisure and Leopards. During our stay, resort staff provided seamless services, with their support and fantastic arrangements I celebrated a personal event with my family at their garden restaurant in the night (Thanks to Hitesh and Chef Bhawani, Chef Ravinder and KP). Ravi from the front desk helped a lot while ***aging our safari experience and a quick visit of the entire property. Thanks to the friendly staff of the resort who have been best of their services throughout our stay (Yash, Vivek, Ravi and Santosh). The resort experience was phenomenal as the staff and ***agement team maintain it really well. Awesome sun rise and sunset view of the property’s lake is the icing on the cake! Thanks to Shashi for an extra ordinary and superb experience of stargazing at the night. Special thanks to Yudhishthir (property ***ager) for the hospitality and make us learnt about the Jawai and its whereabouts.
