帕蘭扎酒店(Hotel Pallanza)

Perfectly situated with full lake view. Dedicated host (Stefano) and team. Exquisite breakfast room and bar. Grand central hall and elevator. Classic rooms with lake view and boutique style decoration. Perfume scent and pillow selection. Verbania is a quaint little town with lots of restaurants and the Pallanza hotel is its central jewel. Loved discussing Schopenhauer with Stefano.

Ottima pozisione . Stanza grande pulita. . Tutto il personale gentile . Sonó stata a pasqua . Il tempo. Non era il migliore , Ma sonó stata bennissimo. La navetta per le isole di fronte . Ci sono dei bar e ristorante Nell distorno . Bellísima Vacanza di pasqua

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet établissement, les enfants y sont les bienvenus ainsi que notre chien. La vue est top, nous étions au dernier étage, chambre 502 et 504 pour les enfants. Je recommande vivement car la vue est top! La climatisation est compliquée à faire fonctionner. Le petit-déjeuner est complet. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

We chose Pallanza over Intra when deciding where to stay The hotel is on a quiet street facing the lake so easy for swimming so this is a huge positive There is a Bar / Restaurant beside hotel which has seats so a nice place for a coffee or drink or food but reports were food was average here The ferry stop is literally 100 m from front door to go island hopping so very convenient Hotel rooms seem varied in size We had a lake view which was nice 4 floors so go to highest if possible We were a room on first floor Staff are friendly and helpful My only BIG complaint is the Air conditioning is only operational in June , July & August which seems a little ridiculous when it was 29 degrees on October 1st If had said this on *********** but i had missed this As lake view rooms face lake they get extremely hot during day I would suggest that they leave shutters shut during day either before you arrive or that the cleaner closes after cleaning or you will return to a furnace every evening It was regularly like a furnace ! We were a very large group here for a wedding and everyone said the same thing Charge a little more and provide Air Con especially when temperature is over 22 degrees outside Rooms were quiet but a little noise can be heard from street if you are on first floor There are 3 options for Parking . Pay €20 a night right beside hotel , free open carpark a short walk away or free on street parking if you can find any Overall it was an enjoyable stay in Hotel Pallanza

Splendido hotel in centro a Verbania camera con vista lago spettacolare ottima pulizia ottima la colazione gentilissimo tutto lo staff ottima accoglienza anche per il nostro COCKER Tokyo veramente consigliato.

Albergo estremamente pulito e curato , camere con vista sul.lago , così come il nostro tavolo per la colazione , ha dato un che' di magico all nostro soggiorno in Hotel , personale cordiale e impeccabile, una bellissima sala colazioni con attenzioni alle esigenze degli ospiti, un bellissimo soggiorno , grazie

Ritorno dopo un po’ di tempo……. Personale alla reception gentile, locali puliti……… Ci starebbe molto bene una ristrutturazione……. Staff in sala attento e cordiale………… Colazione buona……… Parcheggio scomodo……… Prezzi giusti………………..

Hotel in posizione incantevole, con affaccio sul lago, a poche decine di metri dal punto di attracco dei traghetti. La stanza era molto grande e confortevole: oltre al lato notte, vi era anche uno spazio salotto, con divano e tavolino. Altro aspetto positivo il personale alla ricezione, molto garbato e disponibile. L'aspetto più negativo della nostra esperienza riguarda il personale in sala in prima colazione: molta attenzione ad annotare il numero della stanza, quando in una struttura di tale livello andrebbe data la priorità ad accogliere il cliente, ad esempio chiedendogli se gradisce un caffè o altro. Altre pecche di minore conto il parcheggio, situato a distanza notevole dall'albergo, e in terreno scosceso, la pulizia dei balconi, pieni di ragnatele, e il lettore magnetico della porta, guasto, tanto da dover ricorrere alla chiave di tipo tradizionale (va detto che alla ricezione sono stati gentilissimi e pronti a darci sempre e in tempi rapidi la chiave, in modo che la cosa non pesasse). Al netto di queste imperfezioni, che si vuole ribadire essere legate per lo più al servizio di prima colazione, si ritiene l'albergo consigliabile per una permanenza gradevole sul Lago Maggiore.

Wir haben uns über den äußeren Anblick des Hotels sehr gefreut. Leider erhielten wir ein Zimmer mit einem Blick auf schmuddelige Balkone. Kurze Rückfrage an der Rezeption, die über die sofortige Rückkehr nicht verwundert und bot für 40 € ein Zimmer mit schönem Blick an. #AchtungAbzocke. Ich gehe auf derartige Bauernfängereien nie ein. Ich sagte aber offen, dass ich das in der Bewertung aufführen werde, was der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ausdrücklich erbat. Schien ihm offensichtlich auch sehr peinlich zu sein. Zimmer war ok. Klimaanlage alt und sehr laut. Frühstück war gut. Deshalb habe ich auch 2 Sterne vergeben.
