The hotel is nice but understaffed. The free breakfast was packaged goods and not worth it. The hot tub was broken so that was a big disappointment to the kids in our group. The beds were cozy, the rooms are spacious and clean.

Our room lost water in morning (which I nicely reported) and again at 9:00 at that night. After much arguing was given another room. Staff required me to wake up family, have them pack up and move rather than just allowing us to move into new room. Ridiculous since they couldn’t rent it out. Why inconvenience us TWICE. Received no apology from the manager which I asked for. Received no monetary accommodation either.

For a one night stay, the property was fine. We checked in late and was very tired. The room was very hot and almost uncomfortable. Even when you turn on the air, it was still warm. The shower was filthy and had dirty footprints all over it.
What was most concerning is our room, 123, the door had signs of someone previously breaking into it. You can see it very clearly. Management hasn’t fixed it. Hopefully when they see this review, they will.
