沙漠泉萬豪別墅酒店(Marriott's Desert Springs Villas II)

We really enjoyed our stay here. We are a family of seven and our room was excellent! My two toddlers enjoyed the pools they have, and I enjoyed the drinks they offer. It is a great place for a family to relax and enjoy themselves. Cleanliness was perfect, and the service all of the staff had was awesome! My family was satisfied and I would like to thank all of you for it. My two toddlers did not want to leave, and that made me feel like you guys provided a positive and safe environment for all of us. Thank you guys! We look forward returning and staying here.

We were so disappointed that we left 1 day earlier. I have stayed here at least 4 times prior but the check in was not helpful when I requested the building I wanted. I was told I was assigned a room already. I took it but much to my surprise it was a lower floor room even though I paid extra for balcony room. We came to relax and home shop but we’re unable to sleep because there were two parties going on. One was in the room above us and another next to us. They don’t have any security or rules to keep guest from being loud and rude until 2AM.

We have stayed here before and love it. The pools are awesome, clean and good temperature. Rooms are comfortable and well stocked. The only issue was one morning they were pressure washing right outside the door at 7:00 am.

The property reception attendant "vAN"was very rude and unaccomadating. When we mentioned that we reserved through ******* he rolled his eys. We arrived at 2:30 and he daid that we could not check in until 4:30 possibly 6:00. We informed him that we were there for only one day and had a 7:30 dinner reservations. And he said maybe 330. We waited around and were not allowed into our room until 5:00pm! Highly advise not to go to Van's counter! So MEAN! In the morning we asked if we could possibly check out at 11:00am instead of !0:00am and they said NO! they expected us out by 10:00.

These villas are basically little hotel rooms in apartment form. They were nice and felt comfy. I stayed in the location off from the main villas and it was peaceful and quiet. There wasn’t a ton of people. I must admit for it to be a more costly hotel option, they could do better in areas. The walls are thin which I wouldn’t expect to be the case here. I could hear mostly what was going on next door even with my tv on. The cable didn’t work until I called someone about it. Told it does that sometimes and randomly the cable came on a few minutes later. Not really the hotel’s fault, but I also had to fight a moth in the room that was apparently an expert in evading attacks! Would I stay here again? Probably not. It’s nice and there were no problems, but I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area that were just as nice for less. Look fancy if you’re just picking for them aesthetics. There are hotels closer to shopping, eating, attractions than this hotel.

This was a beautiful resort, being able to walk to the hotel and use their amenities was nice. The villa we stayed in was very nice, but when the neighbors checked in we could hear their entire conversation though the adjoining doors…..very loud! Overall we would stay here again.

Decent room with all you'd need for a week stay or longer. Really liked the property itself - beautifully maintained, gorgeous golf courses and pretty vegetation everywhere. The only bad part was the IT/Internet capabilities. We both had issues accessing Wi-Fi and keeping our laptops connected every single time we tried.
