fatal ya tenia pagada mi reserva y no me la respetaron solo me dijeron que el cuarto estaba sucio y no alcanzaron a limpiarlo muy grosero y me lo cargaron ami cuenta no me dieron cuarto

DONT STAY HERE !!!! Todo estaba sucio , jamás nos habíamos hospedado en un hotel tan sucio . El baño asquerosísimo , la alfombra llena de manchas y migajas de basura . Olía feo a sucio el cuarto . Pedimos una cobija extra en la noche y aparte de que el señor que estaba en el front desk era muy grosero , no tuvieron cobijas hasta el otro día . Preferí perder el dinero de esta reservación y buscar otro hotel , solo aguantamos dormir esa noche .

Podrían mejorar los aspectos de limpieza y mantenimiento en las habitaciones, principalmente en el baño! Cama y almohadas cómodas, No fue tan terrible, pudo haber sido peor! En general pasable

Only in the desert something like this exists. I made a reservation through ******* for this place. I was planning on checking in late, so I called ahead and told them. The person even said, I will notate that in his notes on the room. Sure enough, when I did arrive later that night (12am), the hotel worker says, sorry we have no more rooms. What do you mean you don't have any more rooms, I reserved a room already? Sorry, we didn't clean any rooms that day so there are none we can take. But somehow they didn't clean the room we reserved? Anyway, we ended up driving home since the hotel across the street was fully booked as well. Terrible place, won't go back.

This was my favorite hotel anywhere we went. But today when we went to check-in and they were closed ,just told us their AC was out and to go find another hotel. No help at all, no apology no nothing. I have been with them for over ten years because they are family oriented, but they just left us out in 118 degrees to look for another hotel.

Excellent Hotel, si tu es dans un très beau quartier avec tous les services de grande qualité
