棕櫚沙漠萬怡酒店(Courtyard Palm Desert)

No breakfast.

The property was nice! Close the the freeway and not far from town. We booked a king room and were told when we got there they were overbooked in king rooms and none were available. So, we ended up with two queens. For the price, not really worth it. Breakfast was great but there was only one lady running the show. She’s a gem handling the whole breakfast area on her own. We probably will stay closer to Palm Desert next time.

The area was convenient since it’s close to shops and gas stations. The staff was nice and we were able to do an early check in. It was concerning that there was signs saying they only clean every 6 days and you must request a thorough cleaning 24 hrs in advance. Made us feel gross using the bathroom and bed. The ac kept turning off. The room smelled like moldy and musty. Hotels Solution was to spray something worse smelling all over the room that can’t be aired out due to the extreme heat outside. The staff was super nice but the hotel itself is not good

The rooms that are photographed and shown in the pictures for the hotel do not represent what the actual room looked like. There was no artwork, it was just a room with a bed and reminiscent of a Motel 6. We checked in and were given the handicapped accessible room due to no other rooms available on a random Monday night in May. The front desk wasn’t the kindest either and it seemed like we were bothering them with checking in after 8pm. If I could go back I would have stayed somewhere else.

We booked and stayed in a king suite. The living room was spacious; the bedroom small. The decor was not worn, but was quite old style and functional but very basic and not particularly nice looking. The public places looked better. The breakfast was ok. The workout room required a walk outside, and past tennis courts (across the campus), where apparently condos or townhomes are also offered. The location was relatively convenient to restaurants etc. Don't know that I would choose this hotel again.

The price was f hotel is way high and no continental breakfast offered, some other restaurants have cheaper pricing and offer continental breakfasts, at least a bagel and fruits, here I have to buy breakfast it and is very pricy. Thank you

The people were super nice, but we did have to change rooms because of ants. Bathtub needed some cleaning. Had a ring on the bottom.

Easy access off freeway. Clean, good parking. Too hot to stay here in summer. Food Close.
