The lady who checked us in and out was GREAT, very friendly and informative about the area. The room was comfortable (loved the sheets) and clean. We didn't try the included breakfast, although it smelled good. The trash cans outside the hotel were overflowing and there was some garbage on the ground, on the grounds. The elevator smelled HORRIBLY of **** on our first day, we kinda held our breaths when using it. A towel bar to hang wet towels in the bathroom would be very nice to have.

The staff members were great. The roomes were nice, comfortable bed, hot tub is open until 11 pm which is great. The only negative was the breakfast. This needs some improvement. The power kept going off on the microwave and waffle iron because of an electrical issue. Breakers kept tripping. Besides that it was fine.

The worst day I’ve ever had. Had people harassing me and knocking at my door countless times, but yet management took it upon themselves to kick me out after an event that I have had. Terrible service didn’t even get my money back and they had cops escort me out. This is beyond ridiculous, stay safe out there because this place is the worst

If not for the staff and the work they put into keeping the guests happy, my rating would be lower. The hotel is due for an update and facelift. Aside from the not-so-new facility, our stay was great. The cast and crew were 5 star, whereas, the facility and rooms would be 3 if not for the cleaning crew. The staff were all real friendly and courteous, as well as attentive to our requests. Pool and spa were clean and the pool area kept clean. The staff does a great job at keeping the whole facility clean and rooms tidy. We paid a bit more than preferred given the late season but it ultimately was worth the stay.

I booked a room for a specific rate for 3 nights. But when I got there, they only gave me that rate for the 1st night and jacked up the rate for the 2nd and 3rd nights. Then I found out the room was upstairs and the elevator wasn't working. So I schluped all my stuff up the stairs and only stayed 2 nights.

Check in personal was great however there was a shift change and the front desk man was a bit rude. Hotel was super noisy and bathroom door did not work properly
