Fabulous stay!! Property is intimate and the perfect unwind and relaxation destination. Pool I wonderful with relaxing music… this resort is predominantly couples which was also nice. The perfect get away from the hustle and bustle! Poolside restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner was terrific! Staff were all so friendly and helpful! We were so impressed we are planning a return stay in December (pool is heated!) Six stars!!

Very beautiful pool area. Feels like Europe. Very clean. Staff was excellent, friendly and goes the extra mile. Will come back.

the room was not what I was promised and showed in the photos.they were overbooked and the room I was given was by the main road and too noisy in the old part of the hotel. The staff were nice and friendly. buy the room was disappointing

Very poor value for money New Year’s Eve the bar was shut by 10.30 We had to upgrade the room on arrival the room was small and dark cost use a further 400 per night , and old and worn out in general, picturesque grounds in photos carried our initial booking, wall paper in bathroom old and pealing , minimal storage for hanging , 600mm rail for two people for 10 nights hotel had to go out and buy a rolling rail. More like a 3 star. Double charge for all the food and drinks on site.

Hair in the shower and in our bed when we arrived, no bottles of water or refill of our mini bar and if sounded like the guests above us were tap dancing. We asked to switch rooms and were told the hotel was at full capacity, when it clearly wasn’t. The pool and valet staff were great but overall, underwhelmed and overpriced.

I booked this stay last minute and was a bit disappointed. The room was nice, but the bathroom had a single vanity and just a shower and the shower floor needed re-grouting, which given the advertised "completely remodeled" was surprising. There weren't any showers or restrooms around the pool and because the Spa "full service spa advertised" was closed there wasn't anywhere to change either. We had come into town to go to the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, but the front desk staff knew nothing about the tournament, and there certainly weren't "concierge services" and they didn't offer any assistance with transportation options and weren't knowledgeable about any local hikes or "things to do". They added a $35 parking charge to our daily charges, and we never had a car, this was corrected but annoying that they just add that to people's bills without checking they actually were using the hotel parking. We had a nice time, but didn't think this warranted $489 per night plus taxes and fees of over $100.

This is one of our favorite hotels. The staff is exceptional and we truly love staying here. The decor, the cozy beds the location make this place almost perfect. The restaurant is limited and especially if you are vegan or vegetarian. I wish they would update or add some items. Drinks are phenomenal.

It's hard to tell form photos which places in palm springs are tourist traps and which are truly excellent. The Colony is is excellent in every category -- from friendly staff even over the Christmas holiday to excellent food and drinks at The Colony Club. we came during the peak of the omicron variant and they upgraded our room. Just excellent all around. I would absolutely stay here again.
