I hastily booked the Andreas after seeing good reviews on *******. We failed to see down in the bottom of *******s page in the fine print this is a 21 and over hotel. This was our own fault, for not being more careful in the booking process, however when we arrived to find this out, no effort was taken to help remedy this situation. In fact the manager refused even to meet with us face to face and left it to the concierge to tell us how they would be keeping all our money, no refund, no room credit, nothing. In all fairness the hotel staff seemed empathetic to our situation, but there was nothing they could do given the direction of management. Since we were traveling with our child, I was forced to book another hotel last minute, and paid another premium on top of having all our money taken by the Andreas. Again this is our fault, however ******* should have this information at the top of their page when booking, I shouldn’t have to dig to the bottom of the page to learn this is an adults only hotel. Also, when clicking on the “Amenities” section at the top of the property details, the phrase, “Top Family Friendly Amenities: Extra beds/cribs,” is listed. The whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth.
