安德烈亞斯酒店及水療中心(Andreas Hotel & Spa)

Located 1 block of main *****. Staff friendly and accommodating. There ia a resort fee but the pool, jacuzzi is surrounded by beautiful landscape. Did not purchase spa services but people raved about their experience. There are nice sitting areas located in several areas. Definitely recommend and would return.

We were passing through and decided to stay over in Palm Springs. Our decision to book the Andreas was last minute and we were very happy with our decision! It was quaint and very well appointed. The location is optimal for dining and shopping. The lady who helped us was friendly, attentive, and even walked us to our room. We truly enjoyed our stay and will do so again.

My significant other and I had a great and relaxing time at this hotel and spa! The staff is so awesome and accommodating! The lady at the desk has a pleasant accent and is very hospitable! The breakfast was light but good! The rooms are beautiful and the pool is elegant as well. It’s close to a lot of eateries and sightseeing. Parking is off street and available. We will definitely return to this hotel.

I had a major issue checking into this hotel due to a miscommunication and I had to say somewhere else. I wrote to the hotel the next day and they instantly refunded my money even though it was a non-refundable booking. I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received. The hotel is also lovely and in an excellent location.

The hotel is a very charming place to stay. Loved almost everything about it. The only complaint we had was the bed was strange. It had a memory foam on top of the mattress, but the mattress itself seemed beyond end-of-life and the memory foam was trying to compensate for it. It did not compensate for it at all. Aside from that - everything else about the place is great!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool and general areas were really nice. I love the candy area. They also offer breakfast bags which I didn't know about until we left. It's also very close to the main ***** which is great.

When i booked the property, i didn't realize it was adults only till i try checking in. I wasn't able to stay because my daughter is only 18. I couldn't get my momey back.

I hastily booked the Andreas after seeing good reviews on *******. We failed to see down in the bottom of *******s page in the fine print this is a 21 and over hotel. This was our own fault, for not being more careful in the booking process, however when we arrived to find this out, no effort was taken to help remedy this situation. In fact the manager refused even to meet with us face to face and left it to the concierge to tell us how they would be keeping all our money, no refund, no room credit, nothing. In all fairness the hotel staff seemed empathetic to our situation, but there was nothing they could do given the direction of management. Since we were traveling with our child, I was forced to book another hotel last minute, and paid another premium on top of having all our money taken by the Andreas. Again this is our fault, however ******* should have this information at the top of their page when booking, I shouldn’t have to dig to the bottom of the page to learn this is an adults only hotel. Also, when clicking on the “Amenities” section at the top of the property details, the phrase, “Top Family Friendly Amenities: Extra beds/cribs,” is listed. The whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth.
