Lucille棕櫚泉(Lucille Palm Springs)

We chose this property for our first visit to Palm Springs and to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. It was the perfect spot with just the right amount of privacy and options to enjoy ourselves with other guests. Currently, renovations are just in the finishing stage with new owners and management. Alfredo and Ross could not have been more warm, welcoming and helpful to us in getting the most out of our stay. The updates to this gorgeous property only help enhance what was already a lovely, secluded (yet highly accessible) villa setting so close to the best part of the city. We walked to almost all our restaurants, each recommended location somehow better than the last. Fantastic shopping, museums, natural wonders and a spectacular brand new Spa were almost too much to take in, so we’re already making plans to come again so we can spend more time on the grounds, enjoying the private outdoor tubs, lovely pool and gathering areas, and the amazingly lush landscape so well cared for. Each new unit is unique, so we plan to book ahead for our next adventure there…can hardly wait to see what it will all look like upon completion!

This was a three night stay nested into a road trip around California and was booked well in advance of our departure from the UK. Prior to arrival, I was provided with the pass codes to enter the main gates and the Villa which removed the need for keys and cards and found this system worked very well. There was ample free parking outside the gates of the property which is located in a nice quiet residential area and you do need your code to enter the gate to the property. We were staying in Villa 4 which transpired had a bit of history and on entering was impressed at how management has been able to retain the character of the villa while still being able to provide modern essential elements such as flat screen TV's in the lounge and bedroom, effective air con (which was desperately needed during our stay there due to the hot desert climate) and kitchen appliances - the large fridge being a great asset for keeping your drinks cool. A welcome pack of snacks was provided on arrival with a booklet of information offering all the information you need. We had a patio with table and chairs provided and an area with a fire pit and whirlpool to the side of the villa - both totally exclusive to us however, there was a nice communal area where a fire pit was available and of course the pool with a barbecue provided for those who needed one. The grounds were immaculately maintained and there was even a fruit picker on a pole to take the citrus fruit from the trees on the property. I am a very light sleeper and any noise will awaken me, however, that was certainly not an issue here and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was fitted with both a tub and a shower and the kitchen had everything you need with respect to appliances and pans, cups, cutlery etc. The location was ideal as it was only a short walk into the town and I noticed that some guests arrived by taxi, however, having a car as we did, allowed us to travel to out of town supermarkets for supplies but if you don't have a car, you will be fine. Sitting in your own private area under the orange trees with a cold glass of wine with humming birds and butterflies for company was bliss - and the silence was a joy to behold. This stay was such a welcome change from chain hotels that lack character and charm and my only regret was that we didn't allocate more time in Palm Springs to enjoy more time at the Andalusian Court. On our return home, I received an Email from management thanking us for our stay and was asked to respond if we could suggest any improvements that may enhance the experience. The reality was that we couldn't - only just keep on doing what you are doing! A great experience.

This our groups third year in a row staying in this beautiful, quaint boutique hotel…. With only 7 rooms we take over the whole place for the weekend and with a great pool and bbq you can cook or walk within minutes to downtown Palm Springs… My fiancée really likes the sauna tub, that are outside each room!!

Incredible property! Close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away to be quiet! The grounds are amazing! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced in a hotel! Also, the keyless entry is so convenient! No fumbling for a key after Happy Hour downtown! We WILL be back!!

Only spent one night here on our road trip but absolutely loved it. So quiet and peaceful, in fact we never saw another guest. Loved the room and outdoor space. We also had the pool to ourselves which was lovely. Very good location for the restaurant and downtown area. The little treats left for our stay were much appreciated. Would definitely love to return, maybe when it’s a little cooler as there’s so much that we didn’t get chance to explore.

We spent most of our time in Palm Springs hiking and at Performance driving school...but our villa was an oasis of calm to return to and recharge. Excellent friendly front desk, loved listening to the bubbling fountains at night, pool area cute and quiet...and everything you could want within walking distance. I highly recommend the Andalusian Court! We stayed in Villa 2, and even though our bedroom windows faced the street it was nice and quiet.

We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Everything was so beautiful! Our only thing we didn’t like was a staff member came in even though we had the do not disturb sign on our door.

My wife and I loved our room and the property overall. It was the perfect location in regards to food, drinks, shopping, and all the tourist stuff. The parking was great. The room and facility were very clean and sterile. We will definitely be back if we’re able.

Beautiful and charming Villa (#4) in good condition, although I think the couch cushions could be refilled. Great pool which is a great option even heated. The grounds are nice, although there are some bees and wasps on property which don’t really bother you but they are there due to the beautiful vegetation. I would like to have a pool net in the pool area just to do a quick skim to clean small leaves and the bees that sometimes end up in the water. Parking is nice and mostly shaded. Office communications are great and it is that there are only about 8 units on property. It is close to downtown (7-10 minute walk) and safe. Housekeeping was available and did a good job as well. TV had plenty of options and the AC worked well (unless you need it lower than 72) and kept us comfortable. We really enjoyed this property and are planning another trip for the fall!
