帕默斯頓探索酒店(Quest Palmerston)

Lovely hotel! Pretty clean with everything u need. There is 10 aud parking per night with direct access to the apartment, else road side parking is available for free but not so convenient.

Best thing is next to Palmerston interchange. Thats it.

I was impressed when rating it against The Ridges Palmerston. I will definitely book again in the future. I enjoyed staying in an apartment as my son and his girlfriend stayed one night with me and were able to still enjoy privacy with their own bathroom and balcony. It really suited our needs.

This was the last place we stayed on our wonder holiday in the NT. We purposely chose Quest having stayed in Quest apartments in NSW where we have been able to work comfortably away from home. This experience was completely different. The wifi was very poor and no reliable connection was available, no support available despite instructions left in the room. We were also not believed. The soundproofing between rooms was also extremely poor. It was 'party central' on the 2 days we stayed and when we went to reception on the second day to discuss this, it was closed despite the published opening hours saying it would be open. We left completely exhausted.

The property is a bit dated. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were not particularly helpful, providing limited information on checkin and unable to answer questions about the carpark. Also, the safe in our room did not work and needed a new battery, but the reception staff didn't know how to do it. They advised that maintenance would come and sort it out the next day. They did not, in spite of follow-up queries. In any case, the safe was not secured, so was not a good place for valuables!!

Stayed here for nine nights and overall is was good. The staff are ok not overly helpful, but acceptable. The location is good, within working distance of shops,bars and restaurant. If I had the choice I would prefer to stay in Darwin.

Stayed here for a couple nights while we were visiting Darwin. It's a little way out of the CBD but we were happy with our experience staying here. Rooms were clean and well serviced. There was secured parking for a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

The king bed was dreadful. We woke up sore every morning and didn’t have good night s sleep while there. Only had block out blinds in bedroom so the light from the shopping Centre across the room came through around the edges made room very light. No TV in bedroom.

Had a great stay for 2 days, would have liked to have stayed longer. Would rebook at quest again. Our Room was spacious, beds were comfortable Room was presented clean and tidy. And we had all essentials on hand.
