朗訊酒店(Hotel Lucent)

Mold in shower. Main bathroom light didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Breakfast hot food was cold. Safe on top shelf in closet. Couldn’t see into. Front desk personnel were very nice but couldn’t help. Outside room. This is really a motel. Left after 1 night.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly and helpful. However, the site doesn’t look like the photos. It’s an older motel redone with bright colored accessories. My room didn’t feel clean because there was dust. One room that I looked at smelled musty. The motel is on a busy street that is especially loud during rush hours. I wouldn’t stay again.

I want to thank Reema for your excellent guest services. My father has cancer he was admitted into Standford on 12-20-22. Reema greeted us with a smile. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Reema went the extra mile and let me borrow her personal cell phone charger so we could be in communication with the medical staff at Standford. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. We also want to thank the housekeeping department the rooms were clean and well supplied with the basic amenities. Reema thank you! For being that individual the Almighty God used to provide us that night a safe place where to stay close to Standford where my father was being treated. “Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness” (Isaiah 41:10). We would stay here again!

The photos and ratings of this place are very misleading. We got an amazing rate of $96/night but I would not pay a penny more. This is a motel with some cute outdoor furniture. The only thing about the room was the bed. It was comfy. The room was worn- torn carpet and dinged up furniture. The bathroom had various sized hairs all over it- it was so gross! On top of that we asked for a late checkout (there was no one staying there it was dead) and the lady at front desk was super rude and said no

They were understaffed and not very nice at the front desk. Our room was cleaned only every other day because of staffing issues. Garbage was in the walkways. I doubt we’ll stay there again.

Great hotel! The manager and staff were very accommodative to my needs. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I’m in town.

Small hotel with very few people working. Bathrooms need to be scrubbed down I heard this from many guests. DAily service didn't always happen. Breakfast was good and convenient. The patio area would be nice when the weather is good.
