潘普洛納大教堂酒店(Pamplona Catedral Hotel)

À la hauteur de nos exigences...

Instalaciones correctas, el servicio muy acogedor, el personal muy amable en especial todas las personas en recepción. Me hubiera gustado que tuvieran cafetera en la habitación, que el restaurante tuviera horarios más amplios, que no estuviera bloqueado el reataurante por eventos locales, la habitacion comoda .

Nuestra habitación estaba bien calidad/precio, sobre todo por la ubicación del hotel. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno está bien para el precio. Ahora bien, nuestra habitación no tiene nada que ver con lo que vimos en las fotos. El hotel se encuentra en obras, de ahí que algunas habitaciones, probablemente las que están en oferta, sean más anticuadas y limitadas que las de las fotos.

Very good location. Staff very friendly. Although, it was like staying in a dorm. Long narrow hallways with doors that are difficult to close without slamming. This noise is heard loudly all hours of the night. Room amenities are lacking. No coffee, no facial tissues, no hand lotion etc. On-site restaurant was convenient but the food was not appetizing. Undercooked( raw) fish and oily vegetables. I’m was not surprised we were the only ones eating in the restaurant that night.

The hotel and location were excellent, with only a 2 minute walk to the main square and Cathedral etc. Parking was a real bonus, and easily accessed at the rear of the Hotel. Just drive up to the front and a member of staff will park your car. Use (Portal Francia ) on your Satnav to find the access through the park. It seems strange, but that is the best route as reception explained.

Wonderful hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. We had a brief but memorable stay; our slight concern about navigating to the hotel in a large car was misplaced and added to the experience. The room was very comfortable, breakfast great. Restaurant recommendations in the old town did not disappoint. Great location from which to explore a wondeful city. We are sure to return.

Customer Service provided by Staffers incredible always willing to help and with smile all the time . My regards for Puri a front desk Lady who was extremely cordial with Us helping me out with my last minute reservation, food and printing my Fightbull Tickets. I recommend this Hotel without hesitation See you next year Pamplona !!!!!!!!!

Excellent property, right in the old city of Pamplona. Staff was absolutely wonderful and they kept the lobby area clean and clear despite all the celebration happening outside. The hotel was very close to all the celebrations and to the main square where runners congregate before the run begins every day. Despite the proximity to the main area of old Pamplona the hotel was on a somewhat quieter little square. It was a little noisy sometimes at night but that is what you get if you want to stay in the old part of the city during the festival. Parking was a little tricky, we parked about 1/2 mile away in the newer part of the city and walked up with our luggage but it was easy to find the hotel. Overall we were very pleased and I would definitely stay here again.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città in quanto si trova in una posizione centralissima. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Per essere un quattro stelle, le dimensioni delle camere dovrebbero essere più ampie (camere triple) e l'arredamento meriterebbe più attenzione.
