Team Surya Kiran!! Thanks for giving us an excellent stay with absolutely no hassles ! My in Laws are very specific n fussy guests in hotels, normally, but this time , I've heard high appreciation for the cleanliness, quality of service , n not ever the least the quality of a simple coffee, n the great quality of breakfast served!!

This villa is 100 years old converted into hotel if you want to feel like king or queen lifestyle then don't miss out to visit this hotel this villa property is amazing everything in the villa essential are unique they also have unique painting for sale in Goa Panjim this heritage property is best one and unique villa must visit ☺️

Rooms are spacious with balcony, facilities are good, calm and pleasant. Near to main city and centrally located. Food is something which you have to ***age by ordering from a small place, but nice delicious

Best hotel in panjim goa . This was a great place to stay,, great property to say,,,, near by main city,,,, near ****** . Food are very delicious , swimming pool is very clean , in front of hotel garden . In house restaurant also. I recommend this hotel friends and family

Had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. The building is full of character, beautifully maintained, with spacious rooms. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Shastri, the restaurant ***ager, who gave us local recommendations and organised a lovely taxi driver for us.

I had a fantastic stay at Sutyakiran Heritage Villa. The ambience, the staff, the food, the greenery, the location, everything was awesome. I would recommend this place to my friends and family if they plan to visit Goa.

SURYA KIRAN HERITAGE - Campal, Panaji PROS: Fab property, colonial heritage, sits in campal great value for money - room 102, I paid about 5000/night - booked online friendly staff at checkin and for any work ample parking quiet room, good AC tea / coffee maker in the room with 2 bottles of water etc CONS: internet has to be faster as difficult someties to connect The hotel lacked a reception - the keys were generallt taken/given by the security guard :) but it was not a problem I would be wary as a solo wo*** traveller perhaps? OVERALL 4-STAR Happy experience Will stay again in the area

It was nice place to stay. The building is very old but very well maintained. ul Furniture's are still look good. We had a good time . Service ,Food was very good. Hope to be there again. A.K.GHOSH Thanks

We were really looking forward to staying here, love the old Portuguese villas. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD ON THEIR WEBSITE. The location was great, albeit fairly close to main road, so not as serene as is claimed. The service was dreadful, very slow, unable to even synchronise coffee with breakfast. The claim” discreet background music make the cafe a uniquely charming place” is laughable. The same tape ( of dire music, Adele and co.) would go on…LOUDLY….every morning, repeating throughout the day. Breakfast was a disgrace. Very poor coffee, I noticed a board advertising Cappuccinos etc. so ordered one. This was a definite improvement, however they were added to my bill at the end of the stay. It would appear that the the breakfast consists of inferior quality produce e.g. juice was from tins. If you wanted fresh juice, you also had to pay?!?! Every thing had an overriding taste of garlic! The building is beautiful, but not well cared for. Shabby in places, mould, neglected plants, some interesting furniture, but generally most not in keeping with the property, and certainly not “authentic”. The (extremely ugly) filthy, sofas in the guest lounge, were removed to the garden for a sari sale in the lounge. Very poor, erratic WiFi. Rooms not cleaned once during our three night stay. Only provided with one bath towel, no hand towels. No pool towels, chairs, or loungers. The pool was right outside a guest room, the guest became irate with us that she had no privacy!? We had arrived following a few weeks in Palolem, staying in beach huts. I believe this bunch should try working a season in the huts, and beach shacks, to discover what, excellent hospitality, food, ambience, cleanliness, and good value are all about.
