Team Surya Kiran!! Thanks for giving us an excellent stay with absolutely no hassles ! My in Laws are very specific n fussy guests in hotels, normally, but this time , I've heard high appreciation for the cleanliness, quality of service , n not ever the least the quality of a simple coffee, n the great quality of breakfast served!!

The staff, Suresh Babu was a great help for us. He cared us and adviced us. The room was big and clean as they appeaRed in the page The patio restaurant is a bonus ..with all plants and the food was very good and a rewarding at night The pool though small accomplish its objetive, refreshing and pleasant. This colonial house is in a pretty neighbordhood of colonial houses and good restaurants,starting with this bistro Lola and Colin, España

I had a fantastic stay at Sutyakiran Heritage Villa. The ambience, the staff, the food, the greenery, the location, everything was awesome. I would recommend this place to my friends and family if they plan to visit Goa.

Excellent rooms and service. Budget friendly pricing and located in the centre of Panjim close to the casinos and other activities. The management even granted late checkout considering we were travelling with an infant. Overall great service

Interiors of this property are very picturesque. Service was amazing had a very good experience. Food was good. Vintage vibes of the hotel were very good. Centralized location in the heart of Panjim. All the attractions are within walking distance.

The stay was amazing. It had great rooms. The rooms were clean spacious. Staffs were extremely cordial and helpful. They took care of all the needs we needed. The food served were also great. Its a great hotel to stay with family and friends..

Outstanding hotel, full of personality. Rooms are big and comfortable, and common area is amazing. The staff made sure I had everything I needed, and they all stayed up to greet me when my flight was delayed until 12:30 AM. Highly recommended!

The hotel and the staff is wonderful: we arrived very early, yet they had a room ready for us to rest in and freshen up. The overall team is wonderful- very friendly, helpful and really there to make their guests' experience a wonderful one. Food is great, rooms are very comfortable and clean. The area is a great starting point to get around Panjim/ Goa. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a visit in Panjim.

The place is amazing !! Whether it is a morning , afternoon or an evening it has all the vibes to relax and chill . A perfect getway from the busy lives . The staff and the manager are very friendly which is like a cherry on top !! ❤️ Thank you for the wonderful experience !!

Located at a prime spot and has good ambience and peaceful evironment. Food quality is good but indian choice of dishes limited amenities are good enough for a pleasant stay. Services are prompt, staffs are helpful l and cooperative. Overall we enjoyed the stay all *****.

We stayed at surya kiran heritage hotel for two days. First off the location - the location is at a perfect place with all places of panjim accessible. It is near the main road but yet away from all the noise and din. Property - the property is a 110 old bunglow. It is aesthetically decorated with antique pieces placed all around the corners. The verandah at the centre of the bunglow was decorated beautifully with plants and a small water outlet with fishes. Just makes you happy. Rooms: the rooms are large with a large box bed just like olden days. The rooms are clean with all amenities. Well maintained. The standard room where we stayed had access to the outer balcony where we could sit and have breakfast. Bathrooms: the bathrooms are huge and clean. The fittings are all modern with ample water supply. Breakfast : the breakfast is a simple affair. There is no buffet, one has to order. The poha and the team served were delicious. The property is well maintained and absolutely clean. It was a wonderful stay.

This villa is 100 years old converted into hotel if you want to feel like king or queen lifestyle then don't miss out to visit this hotel this villa property is amazing everything in the villa essential are unique they also have unique painting for sale in Goa Panjim this heritage property is best one and unique villa must visit ☺️
