The place looked a lot bigger in pictures, there isn’t enough staff, breakfast was disappointing, totally not worth the cost

Our stay at la mas-ion was very comfortable. The rooms were good. We liked the decor of the place. Special mention for the beautiful exteriors of the place and extremely courteous staff. Would like to stay again if in fontainhas. The location is perfect.

My family visited Goa last week and during day time Ladies need to use washroom; this hotel refuses them to use the washroom. My family requested a lot but they refused and told that they don’t obey rules and this is Goa and they are above the Law of the land. It’s requested to please look in to it as they are tarnishing the image of Goa being a tourist paradise of India. When Law is saying that you can not refuse to use washrooms.

Room was decent, but the service was poor. Breakfast was worst. Such experience would really affect the brand and needs to be immediately addressed by the group.

There were only one or two bookings in hotel, no security person and one person who stays at night in hotel. Restruant not working, scary situation not recommended with family, basic things are not available. Not at all as per taj standards. Other better options at thus price. Breakfast was included but no arrangement.

Beautiful heritage property (you can’t miss it on arrival as it’s very popular with tourists for instagram!) with nice internal decoration. Spacious simple rooms with AC and fan. Breakfast is included and cooked fresh - juice, one hot dish and tea/coffee. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice enough place.

I expected much better service with the name of ihcl associated with the property. But it was clearly a hoax. 1. One night, we reached around midnight, we rang the bell, called and did everything we could in our capacity, but nobody responded. We had to literally sit outside the villa for almost an hour trying to get in. We got help from ihcl customer support after many tries. But clearly, it was a terrible experience. Nobody should think of booking this property especially with family. 2. The washrooms were not clean and were clogging. We raised this with the character but nothing was done. 3. The breakfast was not of good quality. And no options were there. There was no kitchen or in room dining available to us. 4. The villa was mostly empty even after having a lot of rooms.

Super good experience with this homestay. Located in a prime area. The host was super good and assistive. Breakfast had limited options but overall the stay was good.

Stay was excellent. Staff is very good my only problem is after paying rs 10000 for night third person they provided only mattrrss
