The motel is old and has been renovated in part but is still lacking in many ways. For example there are no USB charging ports in the room, as I have had in some others, and the mattress was "cratered" in the middle from many years of use. That made the bed less than comfortable. One day when I got up, there was an 1" long cockroach in the room. The daytime front desk personnel were less than polite - and when our plans had to change (death of a friend) and we had to leave early I was informed that I could "choose early departure, but we will not refund any of your reservation" in a hostile tone. I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend this motel to anyone.

The check in was atrocious, it wasn't until I got to the desk that I realized why, Tarica or whatever her name is took her time at every opportunity and couldn't be bothered to reach for a form at the spot where she placed it after I filled it out. I can only imagine how frustrating it was for the foreigners in front of me. When reservations are made why can't some of that info already be populated in the form you initial? I get that you're only going to have one person working at 7 and 9pm and it's the off season but a self checkin kiosk would mitigate unmotivated employees.

The hotel was clean and the location was great for the price we paid. The only negative comment was that they didn’t automatically clean the room unless you asked for them to do it. We would stay here again.

We visit PCB often and this location is almost always our first choice if we don't want to stay beachfront. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Our absolute favorite thing about staying here is that it's within walking distance to Taylor's for breakfast!

This property was unacceptable! Upon arriving to my room, I noticed spots on the linen. When Asked for staff to come and change the linen, I was told that she could not service the room

Our hotel stay here was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeepers were very friendly and helpful with suggestions on great places to eat, etc. Place was clean, continental breakfasts were good, with some variations each day. And prices were very affordable. Thank you!

Could have been cleaner. Floor were dirty and needed a deep cleaning. There was something in the bottom of the tub and it was moldy. Staff was very friendly.

Sheets, pillows and furniture had stains. Trash cans super small. Crumbs on floor upon arrival.
