奢華酒店(Hotel Luxura)

Non professional management. No toilet rolls. Leaking hand faucets with wet bathroom floor. Clogged drain with puddled water in bathroom. Full time noise with drill machine and repair work going in the hotel until 8. 30 pm until we complained. Ac remote not working. Torn blanket and linen served. Inadequate service.

Good hotel facilities are also ok. Need to improve on room amenities & internet wifi facility. I have thrice called for resolution of wifi but not done.

Terrible stay booked executive room manager show big room but after booking with mmt gives smaller old room says big room has locking problem but after 5 mins he gave big room to other guest who directly booked with hotel breakfast is terrible book nearby maron hotel as it is new built

Breakfast nice 👍,carlm and quite environment, Easy check in process, Room and bathroom are very good and spacious.

Courteous staff, helpful with information about transport and requirement. Room was clean. Comfortable. Washroom could use a little better touch with the cleaning. . Attention to finer details could work great- like 2 guests booked in but one one towel provided. Kettle and small watchers for tea, coffee set up but no cups provided. There was a good experience overall and would most probably visit again

There is outside noise in the hotel room. Only one towel is provided in spite of 3 members. Rest is ok. This is only feedback, not complaining. Overall the hotel is very good.

Well maintained room in respect of hygiene staff is cooperative food is also good recommended for everyone one
