I visit Bhumi regency panipat (10-may-2023 to 11-may-2023. All my bookings was online. At the time of check out (11- may -2023 , Time 07:00 am approx) they asked for Rs. 2390 . It was my sister who paid Rs 2390 instead of Rs. 165 which was food bill. After misunderstanding. I visited there just to clear and things and request for refund, they refused to refund and they refused to accept this. My sister was very sure that she paid Rs 2390 ( 5 notes of 500 and 100 due they paid back) . My sister was ok with that, i asked to check cameras, they said “ sir , you can check the cameras next week . It’s our policy” . Is this behavior? I want my refund back Rs. 2390.
