陽光海岸大酒店(Grand Hotel Sunny Beach - All Inclusive)

Hotel bardzo przyjemny, położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do plaży. Jedzenie świeże , urozmaicone posiłki i dogodne godziny. Basen średni ale nie korzystamy, leżaki oblegane już od świtu przez mało kulturalnych wczasowiczów, którzy zostawiają ręczniki nawet jak wychodzą poza hotel. Ogólnie nasze odczucia są bardzo zadowalające, szkoda, że to już ostatnia doba. Bardzo gorąco polecamy GRAND HOTEL.

Hotel lata świetności ma już za sobą. Zasługuje bardziej na 3 niż 4 gwiazdki . Wyremontowany, ładny nowy hol, jednak pokoje powinny już przejść remont. Szafki stare , obite. W pokoju mała lodówka i czajnik (wielka szkoda że nie ma kawy i herbaty w pokoju - jest jedynie na stołówce). Łazienka do remontu. Basen mały , głębokość 1,4 m. +malutki brodzik dla dzieci. W basenie odpadają płytki , woda nie jest oczyszczona z liści. Leżaki przy basenie za darmo . Sala zabaw bardzo uboga -jest stół do ping ponga, piłkarzyki (za darmo), domek ze zjeżdżalnią dla dzieci, i płatne stanowiska do gier na komp i ps4 (5 BGN za godzinę -ok 11zł). Pokoje sprzątane codziennie -bardzo pobieżnie- wymieniane ręczniki , odkurzona podłoga, wymienione śmieci. Jedzenie dobre , standardowe , nic nas nie zaskoczyło -codziennie podobne potrawy: frytki, ziemniaki , makaron, ogórki , pomidory , mięso , smażony ser, coś w stylu placków ziemniaczanych, na lunch hamburger, na śniadanie omlet lub naleśniki i racuchy. Desery, ciasta strasznie słodkie, owoce na przemiennie arbuz, pomarańcza lub czereśnie. Na plus możliwość zamówienia alkoholi w szkle, oraz wskazanie odpowiedniej wielkości szklanki (można zamówić piwo w wielkim kuflu itp.), dodatkowo jedna osoba może zamówić większą ilość co jest wyjątkowe - z reguły słyszymy "one drink one person" i dostajemy drinka w plastikowym kubeczku. Obsługa bardzo miła i uprzejma. Największym plusem hotelu jest bezpośredni dostęp do morza i widok z balkonu . -wychodząc z obszaru hotelu wchodzimy na plażę. Plaża czysta , leżaki i parasole płatne -4 BGN (ok 9,23zł ) za jeden leżak, parasol dodatkowo płatnych chyba 3 BGN . Największym minusem hotelu jest bar który powinien być otwarty do godziny 22, jednak rzadko wieczorem ktoś był za barem - trzeba było prosić recepcjonistę by łaskawie zawołał obsługę. Bywało że nikt się nie pojawił a później bar zamykali - słabo , nawet po za sezonem nie powinno być takiej sytuacji . Ogólnie Widok , plaża, obsługa na plus. Polecam sprawdzić pogodę przy wyjeździe w czerwcu - niestety słoneczna Bułgaria okazała się zalana deszczem :(

Fantastic hotel. Rooms have recently been refurbished. Very spacious. Staff are frendly nothing is to much trouble. Food is fantastic we never had the same option twice and plenty to choose from. Everything is clean. About a 3 min walk to flower street. Great location. Would highly recomend.

Lovely hotel, great location, straigh across from the beach pool is a bit small.rooms are nice and clean only downfall is the food isn't the best and all deserts left out uncovered with flies all around them, staff are helpful and friendly. Pub out the front door across the road is good.

Great hotel to stay at, our room was brand new and it was beautiful, the staff were very polite, friendly and really hard working, they couldn’t do enough for people, the food was very nice, the hotel was central for shops, bars etc, we would definitely return here again, thanks

This is I hope a fair review. I am an independent travel agent so have traveled around. Location: Located on Sunny Beach ***** this is a great location. The hotel is secure and has a security gate accessed by your key card to get on and off the *****. You are in the heart of everything so if you want the shops, bars, restaurant or beach it is right in your doorstep. Hotel: The hotel itself self is clean and minimalist. Which I like. I was on third floor with a rubbish view, but I am sure other rooms have nicer views. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The rooms were cleaned daily with towel changes etc. if you are a pool person then this may not be for you. The pool is tiny for the number of people, I personally didn’t go in the pool as it was just too small and compact. Even with not many people it felt crowded. Disappointed Food and drink. The food and drinks were not the best if I am honest. You will always find something you like and you won’t starve. There was lots of variety but just not to my personal taste. I found the food bland and lack of any seasoning! The place was clean and hygienic. The location is great so lots of places to eat around. The drinks were awful. Watery, and just not nice. I heard lots of people complaining. I was disappointed that it seemed to be advertised on the beach but you have to pay for the sun loungers and the shades, this was about £10 a day. Most people just bought a parasol to save money as that can add up. I was also disappointed they don’t give you towels for the swimming pool. We traveled without beach towels. They are very very cheap to buy (£4) but I would have liked to have know this ahead of time. All in all this hotel was given marks on its location. Bulgaria was stunning with lots to offer.

Just back from 11 days in sunny Beach at Grand Hotel. We arrived on the last few days of May and then first week of June 2024. The resort of sunny Beach was just about 90% open with some places still shut but its early season so probably wait until at least the first week of June to go. The hotel has been modernised and you can see they have done a good job. Everything is clean and fresh. The food was a little unusual and some times I just couldn't find anything I liked. I'm really not a fan of horse meat or breaded vegetables. The spirits from bottles were good but some of the cocktails came from pre mixed boxes and not the best. The beer was called Diana and it says 3% ABV but it felt like half that. Plus it was flat and tasteless. Not good for me as I'm a beer drinker and the wine was awful too. The hotel is situated just up the promenade from the main ***** called Flower Street. The pool is a little small and shallow but it is very easy to leave the pool area and cross over to the beach and sea. Don't relay on the life guard around the pool as he never pays any attention to what's happening. The hotel entertainment is sporadic and sometimes over by 8.30pm then the lights go on and you can sit in silence or you can go out and spend your money in the local area. There is a sports bar located right at the front doors to the hotel which they claim is independently run and you can buy your drinks in there. Otherwise head out to the various bars and clubs only a few minutes walk. We ate out many times as I just couldn't find anything to eat. I would recommend this hotel for the over 60's as the majority of people staying there were quite elderly and they seemed to like sitting there in silence. They also liked the food. The hotel has 12 floors with great views of the beach if your lucky. Getting to Nessebar is really easy on the bus and we did it many times just to get away from the hotel pool.and crowds.

Just got back from a last minute four-night solo stay at thus Hotel. My room was clean with comfortable beds and had a mini fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryer in shower room/wet room. I was on first floor and my balcony overlooked street/shop so didn't sit outside. Lovely restaurant/outside dining area with a good choice of food including daily poolside bbq's at 3.30pm ( great if you are out and about and have missed lunch). Ice creams also available at this time as well as at meal times. On the down side the pool is really small and shallow but you can swim in sea as you are only a few steps away from the private beach. Overall a great hotel which caters well for disabled people, families/couples and solos alike.
