Paphinia SeaView Apartments

Appartamento molto grande con strepitosa vista mare. Cucina super attrezzata, con tanto di forno, micro onde, lavatrice, asciugatrice e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare e mangiare in casa con una vista invidiabile del mare sull'isola pedonale. Parcheggio gratuito e supermercato dietro l'hotel. Consigliatissimo!

Let's start with the good points. The location, view is excellent. The balcony is big enough to accomodate 2 sun beds, a small table and two chairs. The aircon is both efficient and included in the price, just take the one key out with you and leave the electric dongle thingy plugged in to come back to a nice cool room. The wi-fi is also included in the price, always worked. The fully equipped kitchen meant that we could pop to the local Sainsburys and have a home cooked meal. A Washing machine and tumble drier was a godsend, we probably could of gotten away with just taking 2 or 3 days worth of clean clothes. We requested a airer and within 30 minutes or so we had one. A fridge freezer was very welcome as was the small small kitchen cleaning pack. We arrived early hours and the key safe system worked fine. Now the *******. We could not get English television channels, although I suspect that had we of asked someone would of come to show us, we didn't go all that way to watch television. Some of the decor was showing signs of it's age and a lot of the fixtures were "well used". NOTHING TO WITH PAPHINIA. Yes Jet 2 dropped us off about ten minutes away with a flimsy map, we have been to Paphos before and knew where we were going, we chose to walk through the papantniou goods in area which is uneven and not level in some places, had we of chosen to stick to the pavement and walked around then it is all paved and level. There is a lot of re-generation work going on and it does not look very pretty, blame the Mayor and Municipal council we were told by a local boat Captain. Since we were last in Paphos, 4 years ago a lot of the local businesses appeared to be closed, bar street being a prime example and a lot of shops. We will return but perhaps when most of the re-generation is complete

First thing to say is wow wow wow to the most beautiful views from the balconies. We had a partial sea view and that did not disappoint. The apar**ents are basic but very clean with almost every amenity you can think of. Washer, dryer, microwave, full oven, full size fridge/freezer, tv, air con in all rooms. Car parking is also available! Only negative I would say is the beds are a little too hard and other small things probably necessary like sweeping brush, dustpan and most definitely a clothes airer. Will definitely be booking these again as could not fault it. Walking distance to everything from shops, bars, restaurants, harbour. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed

Great place to stay. Had a lovely 2 roomed apar**ent. All shops at restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful views of the sea. Only let down is the smell of cooking drifting up from said restaurants. That being said would stay there again

We have stayed here several times in the past. This time we booked a 2 bedroom apar**ent with sea views. The apar**ent was spotless and well appointed with fabulous sea views. We had a minor issue with the tv and aircon but this was sorted immediately. We also had a problem accessing the apar**ent but a very nice young man came out in the early hours of the morning to assist us. Thank you so much for this, we really appreciate it. All in all everything was perfect and the staff were wonderful.

It is so nice when a place lives up to its reviews. Fantastic view and balcony, well equipped spotless a credit to the hard working staff. Any problems sorted out then and there nothing is to much trouble we had a lovely 2 week stay could have stayed longer

These spotlessly clean well equipped apar**ents have the best views in Paphos. With fabulous restaurants and the marina a short walk away they are in the middle of everything, but not too noisy in the middle of April. We ate out but for all your self catering needs there is a well stocked supermarket around the corner. We were even allowed to stay on the day of departure until mid afternoon at no extra cost due to our teatime flight. We will be back. Thankyou.

Just returned from a 14 day stay at paphinia apar**ents paphos the apar**ents are well equipped and spotlessly clean our housekeeper Maria M was brilliant nothing to much bother for her.Elana in the office was very helpful sorting our taxi out can't wait to return 😀 😊

The best location and view in Kato Paphos. Sea front balcony is a must just sit back and watch the world go by we love it been here 4 times now enough said. The apar**ents are well maintained and cleaned regularly the furniture is simple and Greek blue but ads to the charm comfy beds and good showers.waking up to views of palm trees and the sea never gets old and a classic car show just outside one day was the cherry on top .
