亞特蘭蒂斯皇家酒店(The Royal at Atlantis)

Le meilleur hôtel de Paradise island, mais tout est payant à l’intérieur et très cher.

The royal tower is massive - you will get your steps in, beautiful and fully loaded. The aquarium, ******, shopping and dining in this area of Atlantis make it hard to see the rest of the property. We were upgraded to VIP check in and received the most beautiful king room on the 22nd floor with a harbor facing balcony. Room 22555 - you won't be disappointed. I can't say enough good things about this place. The kids area (the snack bar there was perfect for lunch and the kids had no problem eating), the river, the slides - power tower took the cake for me, marina village, THE PEOPLE...if you've never been to the Bahamas, the locals are incredibly nice making the service top notch. Atlantis has it all and my heart couldn't be more full after our 6 nights here.

Atlantis en familia siempre una buena opción ! Esta es mi tercera vez estando en Bahamas , creo que el Hotel Atlantis es muy buena opción ya que si vas con niños tienen el parque Acuático y se puede aprovechar muy bien, nos quedamos en el Royal y es una habitación standar con 2 camas Queen S suficiente espacio para lo que se utilizó . Mi única observación es que los precios de los restaurantes o tiendas donde se pueden adquirir Snacks son EXAGERADAMENTE. CAROS ! Un cena buffet va desde los $1000 mil pesos mexicanos hasta dependiendo el día $1800 por persona, es una locura. En general todo bien.

Really nice resort and nice to have all the aquarium and waterpark options right nearby. Breakfast options in Sep are sp****, basically poseiden's table is it (after fees/basic tip is $45/person) unless you want to walk a bit. Our room smelled strongly of bleach when we first arrived. Not sure if that's standard cleaning or cuz a disaster happened with the last occupant, but I guess it was comforting that it seems cleaned. It cleared up fairly quickly but then you start smelling the standard sweaty locker room smell from the last people. Overall really good service and lots of very kind people, but you def get a few that give you a look and barely try to help when you walk into the vip lounge in t-shift and shorts instead of a suit/dress. Also a few staff that were unnecessarily rude at the restaurants around (Mostly more senior staff were a bit more snooty and the younger ones I've interacted with were quite courteous.) The taxis up front apparently have a standard price to the airport but the staff up front don't want to conflict with them so they just let them say whatever price they want anyways. Overall a decent place to go and very pretty, a bit too commercialized in some ways.

As one of the most expensive hotels in the island you would expect a better service. Our rooms werent ready until 7 pm, however at check our they made us leave the room at 11 am. Tried to explain t at reception but very unresponsive.

Resort is great and beautiful but staff all around are so rude and have a bad attitude. I came across inconveniences everyday from getting the wrong room to having our luggage lost for 2 hours to never getting our room cleaned despite having the privacy light off. Etc. Buffet food at dinner is cold I would go back to Bahamas but not Atlantis

Our stay was a slice of heaven. The staff is the most wonderful—best service I’ve ever had! There were many pools, our room was clean, guest services were prompt when requested, lifeguards available at every water area. The beach was clean and beautiful. We had free access to a beautiful aquarium and the water park. Don’t expect the water park to be 6 flags—there were about 5 water slide options. The area was always clean, towel available. My only suggestion is for there to be better food at better prices. The walk to find dining was far and every meal for 2 was at a minimum of $100. Every day was a task to find somewhere decent to eat. I also wish they had more local food available so we could have the full taste of the Bahamas! Overall, I think it was worth it.
