We stayed here for our anniversary and they surprised us with champagne and truffles in our room which was very nice. The pool and room were great. Only things I would change are the check in time (4pm is late for a 1 night staycation) and to have water available at the pool without going to the bar. Would stay here again.

I was double charged for 2 drinks, which came out to $90. I called and they kindly corrected their mistake. I also inquired about the $25 charge for parking. I asked why would I be charged to park my own vehicle, while paying over $300 for one night, which includes a $45 resort fee? They didnt bother to correct or explain the charge. Ridiculously overpriced.

One of my favorite places to stay. But I had a few disappointments on this trip. The first was at check-in telling me the hotel is being renovated. YOU MUST POST THIS on travel sites. Second, the tree trimming with chain saws right outside our door at 9am which totally ruined our morning. Otherwise staff is friendly and the place can be great to relax

We stay here every year for a local staycation - I think its the best property in Scottsdale - love the rooms, love the pools, service is 5-star, the grounds are meticulously kept what's not to like ! We will be back !

The landscape design and architecture were interesting and romantic. Quite a departure from the run-of-the-mill AZ resort. In a word, beautiful.
I would fix the gas lamps behind Predo to get rid of the gas smell on the walkways and bring cabana rental management in-house. The resort pass program cheapened and complicated a 5-star experience.
You Staff is excellent and sets you apart from your competition. Bravo!

I tried to cancel this reservation the day following my payment and the hotel refused two months prior to my reservation. I have stayed in the past and enjoyed but after this I will not again.

Reasonable accommodation, clean comfortable room, friendly staff.
Grounds are spread out and require a lot of walking. Food choices are limited, cafe food very mediocre.

Bed was too soft bed. Room feels a bit dated and was near a parking lot where a loud truck was making noise at 530am. Pool areas very nice.
