奧林匹克酒店(Olympic Hotel)

The location is excellent, so easy to walk down to the main area. The rooms are kept very clean. The staff are amazing, so friendly. 4 stars not 5 as the shower was a bit hit and miss, but that was all. Comfy bed, great breakfast. We will return. Last but not least the weather was amazing.

Arrived from a flight with Jet2.com, was supposed to of had our luggage bought to the hotel but was met by a guy who said the transport had broken down so he helped pull our bags a short way then left us to bring rest of the way, not a great start as was hot n uphill some.. not a moan more an inconvenience I guess, and not the Olympic hotels fault! Greeted by the receptionist who explained the necessary etc and we were in room 324.. pleased when walked in as was big, for Greek standards and better than the room we stayed in when was here 2013, good strength free air-con, good quality bathroom shower gel,shampoo. The balconies are small with couple of chairs & a table (can't help the way they've been built we know!) with no room for anything else and no privacy from the very close next door balcony, again a choice if wanting to use as we didn't with the next door smoking and it coming into our room. As said the room was comfortable, the only downfall is the room is under the kitchen above where breakfast etc. is prepared so from 7am there's noise eg. chairs dragged, things dropped, and I guess food being prepared, even with the air-con on we could hear not sure if this could be heard in other rooms next to us etc Breakfast was nice with good selections of fried eggs,sausage,beans and omelette and other cold selections. The restaurant staff friendly and helpful and the guy who does the odd jobs, works all over the hotel was equally as friendly. A nice stay overall with Parga not losing its overall charm, we will be back to the ever lovely Parga.

We arrived home yesterday after a lovely weeks stay at Olympic Hotel. The staff from the start were very attentive, especially Maria, they all make sure everything is ok for you. Our room was fairly small. a typical hotel room, big enough for what we needed, to sleep in, and an hour or so to freshen up after a busy day. it was cleaned every day and fresh towels were given daily. There is a small fridge and drink making facilities. The aircon worked well and the safe was free to use. Mostly very quite at night, though one family arrived quite late one night and could have showed more consideration, moving furniture, knocking on their door and opening and closing the balcony door, this was around 1 to 2 am so a bit annoying, but that was the only noise, just that night. Breakfast was lovely up on the roof terrace, hot and cold foods, cereal, fruit, yogurt, tea and coffee and juice, a very good selection in a pretty environment, the girls working were lovely and friendly. The hotel is ideally placed for the centre of Parga, just a few minutes walk into the main part, which is delightful. We will stay again in the future, we don't need a pool when there is so much to see in town. maybe in the future it will need an upgrade but for now it is a nice hotel in a great area. Only one thing I will mention, we wish the shower head had a holder and you did not need to hold it above you, but when in Greece!! Fabulous holiday, great hotel, gorgeous town. Thank you to all the staff for giving us a lovely holiday.

Fantastisk hotell, sentralt beliggende og med gangavstand til alt. De ansette var utrolig serviceinnstilt og gjorde alt de kunne for at vi skulle ha et hyggelig opphold. Rommene var rene og det var god frokost på den flotte takterrassen. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Although a little on the expensive side for the standard of hotel, the hotel has many plus points. Firstly the location is excellent. Easy walking distance to the bars, restaurants and shops. When you see some of the other hotels higher up the hill you’ll see what a great plus this is. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and our room was well maintained by the staff. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We had a car and parked in a nearby public car park, however the hotel apparently offers parking although not sure where this is.

Booked with Jet2, large coach from airport so was dropped off at top of hill, van was waiting to take our cases, we were supplied a map to get to the hotel. It was an easy 5 minute walk with a small incline leading up to the hotel. By the time we checked in, our cases arrived. We were on the first floor which was very walkable using stairs but there is a lift if needed. Our room was small, as expected, but had everything you need. Listed on Jet2 were robe and slippers, these are not supplied. On request and confused looks, we did get 2 robes but no slippers. If I had known I would have taken appropriate footwear. Towels changed daily, sheets changed 3 times for 10 days. Breakfast staff were a highlight always willing to help with a smile. The toaster was an experience alone with a set of pliers. Please buy your staff a new toaster!! Breakfast offerings were the same each day, but there was always plenty and refreshed regularly. Parga is a beautiful place with an island feel, if you want a relaxing, do nothing, holiday, this is the place.

We are just back from the Olympic Hotel our first stay there and in Parga . We chose the hotel based on its location and the rooftop terrace and were impressed with both . The room was spotless with a large enough balcony to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon . Sheets were changed regularly and towels daily . The staff are truly fantastic and go that extra mile to ensure your holiday is extra special . Breakfast was served on the roof terrace and consisted of cold and hot options which should please everyone. We particularly enjoyed a coffee after breakfast sitting admiring the stunning views . Don’t be put off by the lack of a pool as we found a beautiful little pool bar / restaurant just around the corner called Epavlis where we visited on a few days , it’s open to the public and with the proviso that you spend 5 euro pp on drinks you can use the sun beds and facilities all day . The location of the Olympic is perfect as there are plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep and only a short walk to the many restaurants and cocktail bars in the harbour . Would not hesitate to recommend this little gem to future travellers.

Very good deal for the money. Good location. Very good breakfast. Great view from the breakfast area. Very clean rooms and common areas. Very friendly staff (especially the lady that is in charge of the breakfast) including the owners. Made me feel like family. They were very accommodating and allowed me to check in very early. I highly recommend it.
