I am not sure whether the hotel has changed as often happens with plenty of positive reviews but I cannot see the reason for these high ratings. In general the rooms were very clean and all of the staff were very friendly except at the reception. We had two so-called "junior suites" that had nothing to do with suites. There were no room service, no bath robe, no slippers, no bath room amenities etc. that would would normally expect to see in junior suites. Against the room description on hotel's webpage there was not bath tubs in our rooms as listed and "coffee and tea-making equipment" meant just a water boiler. I complained about this when we arrived but the reception did not try to amend the rooms despite their promises. The standard explanation at the reception to everything was that "we are fully booked". Food and especially the buffet breakfast was good, but the dinner was very expensive considering that there were equally good or better but much cheaper restaurants nearby. Although some people have complained a bit about the location we felt it was s good and there were minimarket, some pastry shops and several restaurants. Also the village itself was near enough. There is a shuttle bus 4 times a day but it covered only half of the distance (stopping at Hotel Rezi) and was quite expensive (€2,50 per adult). In general I would rate is as a good 3 star hotel with very clean but basic rooms. We are not planning to go there again.
