蒙馬特藝術酒店(Hotel des Arts Paris Montmartre)

O atendimento no hotel foi incrível, assim como o grande diferencial de ter água à disposição durante toda a estadia e os cosméticos L’Occitane. O staff é muito empenhado em ajudar o tempo todo! O quarto em que ficamos não estava muito silencioso, fica bem próximo a outros quartos e a arrumação dos quartos começa bem cedo, então o barulho me atrapalhou durante os dias em que fiquei por lá, pois não acordo antes das 9 a.m. Cheguei a relatar in loco. Uma outra sugestão seria a reposição dos ammenities, visto que não são repostos, mas sim deixados 1x no quarto. Ter mais wipes seria bacana. O “honest bar” é incrível e tem uma ótima proposta, o bar do hotel é super agradável para tomar um vinho a noite. Montmatre possui muitos bares bacanas, mas indico você ficar por lá se sua intenção em Paris for exclusivamente em Montmatre, visto que o hotel fica distante das principais atrações de Paris e montmatre possui bastante subidas x descidas. No geral, agradeço imensamente toda dedicação da equipe! Parabéns!

Hotel acogedor y bien ubicado. Te dan mucha información de buenos restaurantes en la zona. Muy cerca del Sagrado Corazón. Muchos restaurantes alrededor. Cerca de 2 lineas de metro.

Gute Lage mit Nähe zu Restaurants und Metro. Im Doppelzimmer ist das Bett recht schmal und das Bad arg eng. Sonst alles sehr nett und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

When my party arrived it was 3 of us, we were told we would have to pay for another room because only 2 people could occupy a room ; we paid an additional $600 for another room. We did not know about breakfast until the day that we were leaving and, we were asked to not eat in the room . When we spoke with other guest they stated that they did not were not informed that we should not eat in the room . Additionally, we were never informed about any amenities the property had . Finally, after we left the facility, we were charged an additional $50.

We arrived at the property for the management to tell us they had overbooked our room and had made a reservation at a much cheaper hotel for us.

This hotel was incredible. We really loved our stay. The front desk receptions were terrific and very nice. The hotel is wonderful and the accommodations had quality soaps and coffee/tea. They gave us a nice parting gift and let us sign their beautiful book. I loved this place. I am so glad I stayed here. It really felt like an amazing Paris experience.

Great location and very modern and arty. However, the rooms are too small and theres hardly any room to move. Bathroom is small too and the fire alarm went off whilst i was showering with the door open which hasnt happened in any hotel ive been too before.
