預訂公寓後一切溝通都非常順利，Antoine非常親切提供各種幫忙與需要的資訊，並協助安排需求的住宿及提供接送服務資訊，入住當天一切都非常順利，提早抵達check in完成可寄存行李，並在可進入公寓時電話通知，公寓和網站照片一樣完美，各項設備齊全，入住期間接待處人員都非常友善。公寓整潔十分乾淨，附近有很多餐館咖啡廳，離地鐵站也很近，住宿環境安全又便利，夜晚開窗就能享受到巴黎街頭的熱鬧氛圍。下次再來巴黎一定會再選擇入住此處。

Idéalement placé dans le très beau quartier des Abesses, c’est un logement très agréable, convivial , et fort bien tenu; rien à redire. Ce n’est pas notre première réservation dans ce charmant établissement. A recommander sans hesitation. Le staff est très accueillant et très pro. D’ailleurs nous reviendrons probablement dès janvier prochain. Belle adresse.

Tolles, modernes Apartment im Herzen von Montmartre. Super sauber, sehr modern, gutes Bett. perfekte Lage zum ausgehen, shoppen und in die Metro (Abesses) springen. Loved it. Klimaanlage hat gut getan, Wetter 30 Grad - nachts natürlich etwas lauter, daher schlafen mit geschlossenen Fenstern, die sind sehr gut und dicht :-)

Service is top! Antoine probeert je met alles te helpen als je vragen hebt. Staat direct voor je klaar. Het appartement was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie is top! Het is wel gehorig en met wat geluid van de kinderen kregen we dan ook snel wat te horen of het zachter kon. Ook het geluid van de straat beneden hoor je binnen vrij goed. Maar dat was eigenlijk het enige wat ik kan bedenken wat fijner zou zijn als het anders was.

Appartement spacieux, très confortable, calme avec une propreté irréprochable. Literie d'excellente qualité. Décoration soignée et de très bon goût. Personnel très sympathique, discret et disponible. Résidence idéalement placée pour visiter Paris.

Appartement très chaleureux, meublé avec goût, et très fonctionnel. L'accueil est parfait. La localisation proche de tous les commerces est un atout. Très bon séjour dans un quartier de Paris très vivant.

Las comodidades que ofrece en sus apartamentos son excepcionales. No hace falta mencionar la ubicación. Siempre atentos para la atención al cliente. Esto último un valor agregado invalorable. Esperamos visitar la ciudad y le Resideces nuevamente.

Excellent location , extremely comfortable bedding, very spacious apartment in the heart of Montmatre . Everything was perfect , the only bad thing was noise from the street early morning but like any big city it could happen anywhere . Best stay in 20+ times in Paris !

Excellent location, very nice property, well-maintained, and very clean. The view from the apartment was amazing. This was overall a great experience, including handling of our problem because of a late arrival due to inclinedinclined weather . I felt very secure with our check-in and the smooth stay

What a beautiful apartment in the heart of Montmarte. If you plan on living like a Parisian for your time in Paris, book this immediately. With a full kitchen and modern amenities, you’ll be hard met to find a hotel that compares. The property only has a few rooms, and you will feel as though you have just purchased a new condo, making it very hard to leave. Antione communicates all your needs through WhatsApp, and will go out of his way to accommodate your requests. This is truly a special place.

Spotlessly clean, brightly lit, perfect location. The views were lovely. We spent 3 nights and wish we'd stayed the week. The kitchen was very well stocked, the bathroom was great, the bed was quite comfortable. Washing machine, elevator access, friendly professional staff. What's not to like? Highly recommend!

We rented this apartment because of the location. But we were surprised to find a fantastic place, which were extremely perfect, clean, well maintained, well equipped and very comfortable. The women that welcomed us was also very nice and professional. We will com again if we visit Paris again.

The apartment was superb. Clean, spacious, well equipped and centrally located. The view was outstanding. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and there is always someone available on WhatsApp to assist, if necessary. I would highly recommend.

The apartment was well appointed and comfortable with a lovely view. The staff were kind and helpful. The neighborhood is situated in the heart of historic Montmartre. A perfect place for your Paris adventures!

Absolutely Fabulous. We usually booked hotels but this is more like home. The location is great and they have thought of everything. Having a working kitchen was really handy and the rooms are large and spacious. We will definitely be back.
