HOY巴黎-瑜伽酒店(Hoy Paris - Yoga Hotel)

Pour la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel. Ils m ont upgrade en suite. Cependant, en arrivant le soir dans la chambre, je me rends compte que la télécommande du « Velux » situé dans le sous toit, permettant d occulter la lumière extérieure ne fonctionne pas. Je suis descendu à la réception et malgré sa bonne volonté, le responsable était assez incompétent car incapable de trouver des batteries de rechange ou une autre télécommande. Pas non plus de lunettes de sommeil à nous prêter afin de pouvoir dormir malgré la lumière extérieure illuminant la chambre au complet. Après une mauvaise nuit, je pensais au moins recevoir des excuses et un petit café . Absolument rien. En fin de journée, j’ai reçu de la part de l’hôtel, un e-mail automatique me demandant si j’avais passé un bon séjour chez eux 😀 Je leur ai écrit afin de leur signaler mes mésaventures mais absolument aucune réponse. C’est dommage car le concept de l’hôtel est intéressant, mais malheureusement, sans une direction digne de ce nom, la meilleure des idées peut tourner au cauchemar.

Très bien placé très propre très gentil Chambre sur rue très bruyante N’oubliez pas qu’il n’y a pas de télévision pour le se service doit être présent

Très déçue par le restaurant où je n'étais pas allée depuis longtemps : plats sans saveurs, sans surprise, rapport qualité/prix médiocre. Il vaut mieux passer son chemin. La table ne fait pas honneur à la cuisine végane.

Très bel hôtel, paisible, confortable et joliment décoré. L’équipe est très sympathique et bienveillante. Je recommande sincèrement.

la propreté, la déco, l emplacement, l accueil, le service, les cours d yoga, le restaurant tout est absolument parfait dans cet hotel . surtout ne changez rien !!! a chaque fois que je viens à Paris c'est là que je séjourne , c est une valeur sure . mais chut......

You enter through a florist so it smells divine and the rest is also amazing. This hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable and has an amazing location! The breakfast was delicious and I also had a yoga session which was also really good! I would love to come back every month!

What a fantastic hotel. Calm and peaceful atmosphere in the else very busy Montmartre area. Beautifully decorated rooms and hotel reception and restaurant. Most helpful staff with good advice on local restaurants. Definitely one of the best and most pleasant hotels I have been in. Would highly recommend and we will for sure be back.

This property is in a idyllic part of Paris. The florist and vegetarian restaurant in the lobby start the experience. From The paint to the textiles, all of the colors were so soothing and sophisticated. I can’t wait to return.

Fabulous stay at Hoy Paris with my daughter for 3 nights. Beautiful hotel minutes from Pigalle metro station and right in the heart of Montmatre. Room was fantastic, really comfy double bed, spacious wardrobe with plenty of hangers, lovely rainshower, kettle in room and USB sockets next to each side of the bed for charging. Nice touches of water with charcoal stick and fresh tea (green and winter blend) which as a green tea drinker was very welcomed. The hotel itself has a beautiful flower shop as you enter, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely food in the restaurant at reasonable prices for Paris and all vegan. If you are vegan, you'll know how hard it is to find good vegan food! We didn't try the yoga as we had a full itinerary, so can't comment on this but they looked like it had a really nice set up if this was something you wanted to do. The staff can't do enough to help you, and my daughter and I will definitely use the hotel again next time we go back to Paris. Thank you Hoy for a fabulous stay!
