The location is perfect for sightseeing, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious. I highly recommend this hotel. It was also nice that all the drinks in the refrigerator were all you can drink for free.

Love this property. Our regular place to stay in Paris. Wonderful staff.

The location is great for shopping, food and tourist sites. The main areas on the entry level of this hotel are very good, upscale. Our room was nice, booked an upgraded room for 3-adults which was 1-king bed and 1-sleeper sofa type bed. There was a ceiling tile missing above the door entry way. At check in we were told a turn down service would make the sofa bed, but they forgot. I had to call after 9:30pm to get them to do it. The staff is very nice and helpful. Concierge service is very good. All the upscale hotels in this specific area are expensive, so overall I give this place a 4/5. We stayed 1-night. I think the lobby and bar areas are a lot nicer experience than our room was.

Great service, awesome location, love their breakfast, and lovely atmosphere!

This is a 3 or 3.5 stars hotel pretending to be 5 stars. The rooms, the furniture, and everything is old and worn out. It probably was a good hotel 20 years ago. The location is good, and the staff were nice and polite, but neither the condition nor the level of the service are 5 stars.

Extremely noisy building with both internal noise and external noise making for a very unrelaxing stay.

The location is very convenient. Everything was nice, except that the pillows were bad for this level of hotel.
