夫人別墅(La Villa Madame)

O Hotel é pequeno, muito acolhedor. O Lobby nos faz sentir como estivéssemos em uma casa. O quarto em que ficamos tinha um tamanho surpreendente para os padrões parisienses. Banheiro não era muito espaçoso, mas não era desconfortável. A decoração é simples, mas procura ser charmosa e acolhedora. O café da manhã, incluso na nossa diária, era muito gostoso, mas é “a la carte”, e o serviço lento pode causar aborrecimentos. Se tiver compromisso, tem que se programar para o café da manhã. A localização é ótima, perto do agito de Saint Germain, mas em uma rua muito tranquila. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Fantastisk vistelse på ett litet, mycket trevligt hotell med bra städning, väldigt bra service, bra rum, bra sängar, lugnt och stilla. En kortare promenad till direkttåget till flygplatsen CDG och närheten till Parque de Luxembourg och andra sevärdheter gör inte saken sämre. Det här hotellet rekommenderar vi varmt och kommer definitivt att återvända till!

ホテル自体はとてもオシャレで素敵なのに学校の隣に位置するので平日はホテルでゆっくり過ごすことはできない。週末に利用して正解でした。 ホテルVIPサービスに対しての説明などは何もなく､レストランも利用しなかった。他のホテルでは説明もありドリンクサービスがあっただけに少し残念。

The bathroom was nice the bedding was nice. The room has too much stuff in it. Tables, chairs, etc. I didn't like that I had to turn my key in everyone I left the hotel.

Jeg synes hotellet var for dårligt ift. prisen. Havde bestilt et executive værelse for at få lidt flere kvadratmeter. De var så ret ubrugelige, da de var ovenpå i en form for hems. det betød, at der reelt var meget lidt gulvplads ved sengen og indgang. samtidig var det i stueplan ud til en gård. Så vi kunne ikke få dagslys uden at ofre al form for privatliv. Personalet virkede sløvt, og man fik ingen fornemmelse af en interesse for at gøre mere end minimum.

I did like the hotel, its charming and cute, small and cute. but there were lots of moths in my room, they are just flying around , once I came back and saw almost a net on my newly bought coat. I addressed this issue at the reception and they put naphthaline in my room. The smell of naphthaline was so strong I could not sleep. Next day I asked to change the room of to get rid of the smell, but instead they brought moth tablets and put it everywhere on the floor. I spent another sleepless night . and really hoped that the smell will be off the next night ( cause I did not care about the moths anymore, just wanted to sleep). no accommodations were made. the receptionist was sorry and assumed me the the owner of the hotel would contact me and financial accommodations will be made. Nobody ever contacted me. I wrote to the hotel , and they never responded. That is very sad. I loved the area. I would give 0 =1 stars for customer service and cleanness. maybe it was just one room with moths, and I was not lucky, but the hotel personal did absolutely nothing about address the issue.

Parfait sur tous les points. Personnel d'une extrême gentillesse. Bon, ********** vend le petit-déjeuner à 25 alors que l'hôtel le propose à 24 €... et surtout, le continental (que nous prenons toujours et avons pris) à 17 €... Le quartier est top.

I was surprised and embarassed to be asked to pay bottles of water that I asked on my third day. I found two bottles of water in the refrigerator at my first day of staying and I asked water again on my third day. When I checked out they said I had to pay for the water and they said they provided water ONLY for the first day of staying, which did not make sense to me at all.
